It's also perfectly playable without issues but with low res textures by using arma 2 free paired up with operation arrowhead -

I drive on any side where there's no lonely cows and objects blocking my path -
I believe there is some serious problem with your pc if you can't push 60fps with that setup or you are trying to do so with triple full hd monitor setup and running 3d ? @OT: i3 2120 and GT640 would push 30fps in BF3 on low but for overall gaming that is not a setup to purchase. If you can afford a little bit mroe than that and you already own some decent power supply and hard drive go for i5 3570/8gb ddr3 memory/fitting mobo with h/b/z-7x chip and radeon hd7870 or nvidia gtx 660 which (at least in my country) costs ~200 bucks more than the one you've posted

How do i enter character selection screen ?

Just got the game set up properly but encountered one hell of a problem. I've tried joining about 20 servers and always end up with the same problem, "Please enter character selection screen to continue playing" yet there isn't one (there's only this message on black screen) so i'm unable to do anything but die once and then being stuck at "You are dead" screen for like forever. And i haven't found my answer anywhere so far. -
So i guess they are individual parts, right ? If so then update both games to latest versions (not beta patches, yet), copy addons frolder from arma 2 folder into operation arrowhead, get yourself DayZ Commander, get into Install/Update section and install both, latest beta patch and day z latest version. That should do it then with no errors, i'm personally running Arma 2 Free paired with retail Operation arrowhead with no problems nowdays.

Finding Wheels for Truck

So far i've seen A LOT of car parts in Cherno and north of Sonichniy industrials together had so many parts that i could repair 2 or even more cars (3 engines, 1 windshield, 3 gas tanks, 7 wheels and a lot of scrap metal) -
Makarov is one nice piece of equipment, took me 6 bullets to kill a damn zombie trying to eat me

I personaly try to stay away from people, at least those who are alive and if you decide to team up with someone make sure you don't scare the hell out of them, i already (unfortunately) shot some guy who ran into my barn with a bunch of zombies chasing him. -

Well in the end i've figured out how to resolve this issue, wait for about 40 seconds (if there's a lot of players ingame) and then it loads you into game. Thanks for trying to help me everyone and now i can finally enjoy this fine game :) -

I have every single thing perfectly like it is supposed to be. Tried reinstalling everything twice, no changes. Also tried using DayZ commander aswell as desktop shortcut. Could it possibly be because i have russian version of OA and english version of Arma 2 ?
