I have just rented from you guys, Moved from Survivalservers.com. First thing I noted, The speed in which my server was online from pressing that "payment" button. Seconds, It took seconds. Brilliant, just what new members want. Then, The speed of the interface, again, a massive improvement from SS, the control panel UI is so simple, There no doubled up options, no pointless links and its fast. Another bonus, I have not been having the MPhandler isssue like I had on my SS server, Great to see bliss is implemented correctly. So far so good. To anyone still at SS, The difference is like night and day.

I had enough I had 2 days left on my contract. So, I just requested cancellation then went to Dayz.st, reason, SS havent been that great to be fair so i may aswell try someone else. I now cant even log onto the server, I get to the lobby, click connect. Then i get the create character message then i get an orange chain, then a red chain. No message for 15 seconds. No one can join, Dayztools is down. Also when i look in the configuration for the server, above the start stop and restart buttons. The Pid number next to the running status is 0, and the font is now in red. Im guessing something is going on as Everything is down. DayZtools, It crashes when trying to start, stop or restart.

There is no Gotcha to install. Just anti-hax. I dont understand how this can help me, I cant install it, Its only showing DayZ anti-hax to install. Yes, I tried it with a password, Entered players in the whitelist after installing it. Yet they needed to input the password to enter. Do i just uninstall DayZ Anti-Hax, Then conenct using gotcha? Although in the FAQ its asking Go to your DayZ server files. This is possible via File Transfer Protocol(FTP) or Remote Desktop Connection(RDP) Locate your cfgdayz/BattleEye directory There should be 5 files named "createvehicle.txt", "remoteexec.txt" and "publicvariable.txt", "setpos.txt" and "setdamage.txt". If they don't exist, create them please. Now open them, go to a new line and write 2 "" in there. Open Gotcha and press the "Reload Detection" found in the "Commands" menu. When i located the cfgdayz folder, There is nothing in it and gotcha doest connect to the txt files. All i can see is who is logged on and chat

Im getting this Issue, Have been all day. Is it my end or do i just have to sit tight?

How do i get whiteliist pro to work? I have it installed on the server, Go to dayztools. Ive tried adding people using there GUID, and also IP. But they still get asked to input the server password when trying to join. Also, People are still getting kicked when they die due to this "MPEventHandler RemoteExec Restriction #0" Im guessing this is anti-hax doing this. Any help would be great.

Thanks for letting me know. Just had a hacker spamming news adverts. So i hoped 4.2 would end it. Guess SS is still behind the rest of the hosts.

WTF?? dude your deluded. Look at my server in my sig, Thats an SS server. Kids...bah No, we are customers or ex customers bad mouthing a crap service.

Come the 10th ill be leaving SS. Its a SCAM to be fair, They charge for tools. FOR ADMIN TOOLS lol. Tools that dont work, All the vehicles on my server are always fine, no damage, Even though i set it to lots of random damage. I have yet to repair a vehicle, Fuel works fine, sometimes half, sometimes empty, But the damage, and that's the main part of that tool, yet i get charged for it. I advise everyone in here to spread the news about this company, In your blogs, Facebook groups. Dayz fan forums. EVERYWHERE. These rogues shouldn't be allowed to do business. All they harp on about is the majority of our customers is happy. BULL. Look at the main DayZ forum, i don't think I've seen one happy customer, And if i do see a post from a "so-called" happy customer. They way SS do business, I wouldn't put it past them that its been set up. to make them look better. ANYONE who is thinking of renting a server of SS. please don't, Its a long process of been ripped off, the only out come will be you wishing you went with another company. Just like me and many others. The last straw for me was seeing SS cancel someones contract due to them ranting about the crappy service. A dupe. Bottom line, its a couple of kids who are renting dedicated servers from a datahouse, Got hold of a crappy admin tool and claim to be a company. Check this out, its funny, My server was down just short of two days, This is the reply i got "Everything is fine with your server, gameplay is not affected. The "unknown" issue is a bug with TC Admin. Every once in a while it fails to establish a connection and we have to restart the TC Admin monitor. It will usually go away by itself but I will check as soon as I'm back home today to see if it still says unknown. Mine runs out on the 10th, then I'm going to Dayz.st. I dont want a voucher. I want a refund on the downtime. Why should i be forced to rent for another month just to see compensation for the downtime. That is shoddy business. It just disgusts me that because you have ranted about the crappy service. That they remove your contract altogether. Ive heard of cowboy builders, But i never thought id see cowboys in hosting. Oh well, Im paid up until the 10th, then I'm gone. If i get any more downtime before then, I'm pulling my money through paypal.

I think he just wants what he paid for, We have all paid you money for your promised service, Yet, its not really been there. Everyone in this thread has had an issue. Alot of issues to be fair. Yet you terminate his contract because he is venting at the shoddy support? I hope you have not charged him for this full month. If he is paid till the 4th, you should honor that. Also, Are we getting refunded for all this downtime? And i dont mean just the server, I mean downtime of the systems, TCAdmin. Id hate to pay a full month when i have not had a full month of service.

Ive just put 1.7.3 back on, and the same issue "wait for host" Brilliant, Now im without server for another couple of days.
