    Any server I choose to go to today hangs at 'Waiting for Server Response' for a good ten minutes, then when I finally enter the game, I spawn in some forest in the middle of nowhere, I have no equipment (should have a whole stack of stuff), and the DayZ HUD isn't there - no debug monitor, no Humanity, Temperature, Drink, Blood and Food indicators. What's going on? Is it the server? Some file I'm missing?
