  1. Welcome to the Outflow Gaming Network Recruitment Thread! Hello, My name is Stewart and I am the Head of Recruitment at OGN. We are currently on the lookout to add some new talent to our team of experts. We have been a network for just over a year now and we are now but unfortunately we were recently hacked, this led to us losing our 300 or so subscribers that we had worked so hard for. This time we are back and we have a brand new look as well as a great new vision. We are one of the view gaming networks that is designed to solely help the creator. we are NOT a profit seeking gaming network, we are around to help the community and we are here to give the power back to the content creator. We feel that big financial businesses such as Machinima are squeezing the creative spark out of YouTube by making a full scale monopoly. Not only are we against this, we also feel that the content creators are being abused by these bigger companies due to the ridiculous percentage that the network powerhouses demand leaving the content creator with a small percentage of what should actually be his. We intend to give the majority of our partners a 80% share of the revenue that they gain from their videos as we feel that as you are the person creating the content, you should be entitled to the majority of the revenue that's built up by your videos. We are here to start a gaming revolution, tipping the tables towards the commentators once more. This isn't any revolution, It's the OGN Revolution! Outflow Gaming Network Launch Video Outflow Gaming Network Q&A How To Apply Please fill out the form below and we'll be in contact with you shortly! 2. Hello everyone! Welcome to my DayZ: DayZ Noob Series! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqXtCWkBwj0 As you may have already guessed by the appropriately named title I am fairly new to DayZ, I've decided that I would start a series where I learn over time the tips and tricks needed to be the strongest survivor. I aim to please a range of audiences from the viewer that likes maps and a description of each and every single task that I undertake to the new player that wants to learn a few things but doesn't want to be thrown in at the deep end. I feel that with my first episode I have done a fair enough job of getting both sides to enjoy the footage! As we are on a DayZ forum, is there any tips that you could lend me to help me improve my game? As you can see not all of the video is about hardcore tactics but I'd like to be able to spread the word about these wonderful tips that could turn a DayZ noob into a God in a week! Thanks for reading this post and hopefully you guys can guide me through this learning curve! - Stuboh
  3. Thanks mate :) I'll be uploading another video soon! :)
  4. Thanks for the feedback, I'll take all of these points into consideration and in the next episode everything will be resolved :)
  5. Thanks a lot! It means a lot to get some epic feedback from my first proper DayZ upload :) I saw that pretty much all DayZ series on YouTube were way too serious for the casual gamer to enjoy without having to skip or watch 40 minutes of a guy rolling around prone so I came up with this! Is there anything that I could improve on? :)
