Bear traps in real life are like 400$. I mean i bet you could make one with some scrap metal if you knew the basic works (jaws, pan, coilspring, or whatever works)

and maybe leg snares to break people legs/trap them if they try to get int the garden to steal food?

Trapping is a fine art, and snaring is part of it. I myself trap and this should be implemented. Implementation will be problematic at the least. Deer hunting is easier anyways.

No. No. NO. The game is still developing. Come back in 6 months or so and you wont have to worry about being bored because you are fully kitted.
