I feel like concealing your identity is tactically advantageous so I don't really announce that I killed someone, it could become a pain in the ass at a later date and you lose all deniability. If I don't like them there is always a need to rub it in a little, especially if they have recently killed you :P -

That's what a donation is for, if you provide a stable well moderated server and it still doesn't make enough money then perhaps it's not economically feasible to host a server. I played BF2/BF:BC2/BF3 with a clan, we had 4 or 5 servers ran purely through donations, we donated because they gave us a good, safe place to play and a sense of community - we didn't need any bonuses or free stuff given to us. -

We should also have a 'beginner' difficulty where as soon as you spot someone they burst into flames and shit flares everywhere while you fire AS50 rounds from your eyes. Don't be worried by the dark, your eyesight is so good it looks the same as daylight.

PvP should be down to skill and what you have on you at that time, not how long you've played and how many times you've done x. If you've done x so many times already, you already have experience - no need to add more forced benefits.

Make sure you submit the P-6 Clarification form along with the ID-10T Submission of Verbal Complaint form, it will really make it simpler for HR to track it.

Will Snipers Be Removed Or At Least Tweaked In S.A?

Snipers are fine as they are but the proper wind-condition mechanics from ACE should be added. The rifles will still be very strong (as they would be) but would require more compensation for wind/distance at the very least. The only real difference I would make would be reducing the drop chance of the ammo, it's far too common for a weapon that wouldn't really be widely used. -

For Norton you generally go to the scan settings and into the Settings/Configure menu -> Scan Exclusions, set the beclient.dll as a Scan Exclusion so Norton will ignore it.
