The log out timer is just ridiculous, it needs to go or be changed to 15 seconds. I swear that it counts time unevenly (even on an empty server with 60 FPS), also seconds are long as hell you can count 1 Mississippi 2 Mississippi then the timer will be a 29 seconds.

Yep, the error with the logs not being found is when they are present but empty, I am able to reproduce this. Also it seems that the program scans player names for restrictions, I.E. a player was banned for having a + in his name in publicvariable.log.

FR16, location doesn't matter because there's less desync than any public server I've ever played on. Did I mention it's better protected and run than most. Edit: it usually fills up until it gets dark, today is a bit slow.
