    I the next week or two i will be Recruiting for a New military Realism Unit. But with that said i need to have certain people to create this unit so im looking for people that can take a drill instructor place. I need squad leaders so people that can lead other men and preferably have some type of experience in that. Snipers i need people that are very good snipers but not just someone that can place a round where i want but someone that can teach other's how to and more. Definition of a good sniper- One who can hide himself easy is extremely patient is not useless without a compass and a rangefinder or the waypoint cheat.     exactly what the title says please provide feedback thanks Crosshair will it be removed or given options to be removed by server owner because personally i hate the cross hair it makes the game less intense overall doesn't feel or look realistic. I just would be very upset if there at least wasn't a option what i really would like though it this.

    We don't care what country you fought for or worked for. Recently I started a milltary realism clan and im looking for people that can be higher ranks like Drill instructor's Nco's and such people i can trust on and know they now what there doing.
