That is definitely a must, that's one of the things I wanted to do when I saw the new look for hotel. I wonder if they could have you get fuel to power a generator so you could actually use the elevators to get to unacessible floors. Some floors you could use the stairs to access but the high value floors would be blocked off in the staircase.

Yeah you would have to hit them in the leg or arm/shoulder. You could use it if you wanted to capture someone, or on a animal. You could wound a deer and you could catch up to it and have a easier time hitting it if its tripping.

But apple if your char doesn't pee then you will get a bladder infection. All they would need to do would be a small animation and some sound effects like in The Ship. Plus it adds immersion,realism and if you feel the need to mark your territory.

I have also seen plenty of movies where cannibalism was shown such as the wrong turn series I think and Doomsday and some survival movies. I think I saw a movie with a yeti where plane crash survivors had to eat the dead passengers(Lost would have been more interesting)

Maybe we could take the poisonous and hallucinogenic mushrooms and find some way to add the effect to a arrow.

For birds the disadvantage would be the large amount of training and the learning curve, for along time you would receive nothing then a small percentage until a certain point. The advantages would be a source of food that would require little energy and risk. They have many different raptors in the surrounding regions you could pick from the many kites or eagles or a osprey if you like fish. You would prob have to acquire it as a chick and be able to feed it&keep it warm until its large enough to fly(considerably shorter then real life, we don't have that much time lol) You would have to read up on what items and food you would need, later when you train them you would have it fly of for a short amount of time and give it the desired food as a treat&reinforcement. Lets say in game you let the bird go it hovers around the general vicinity and comes back you give it 1 piece of rabbit or fish and the distance would get longer each time until its rdy to hunt. Those are some of the things that i could think of off the top of my head I think it would really give certain people a fun end game thing to do.

What I think he is trying to go for was creating more situations for people then just oh I will shoot him. Its a lot more interesting now with the implementation of handcuffs and being able to restrain people. DayZrP has a limited KOS rule that makes it much more interesting when your being held up and all your gear is being taken, and your waiting for the right moment to try and get out. I was held up by a NRF clan guy and he was distracted for a moment and I was able to reverse the situation it was tense as hell.

lol, pot should also have a small chance to cure infection from zed attacks. I think it was hilarious in Misery when you could smoke mary jane to protect against psi influence.

But it dose not hurt to talk about these things and give suggestions, just because someone suggests something dose not mean they want it immediately. I think it could be implemented and would be interesting, anything that makes 1st person more desirable. lol They already talked about implementing stuff like this awhile ago.

lol I don't mind the technical details, Yeah I didn't think it effected it to much, I just thought it would effect drop a bit with the increase in velocity with the extra barrel grooves.(Another person voted no...Savages) I really hope they do add the Nagant though, using it with a suppressor would be kickass as a stealth revolver.

They tried this in the mod with humanity and it didn't really work out. Bandits could spam stuff to their friends and become hero's and good people have obtained the bandit status simply for defending themselves. They might be able to make it work by making it more complicated then what they had in the mod but might be difficult.

Yeah like I said they would have to simplify the bird and it would be more complicated then the dog, the bird would be for end game hermits or maybe the random ranger. When I started on the mod alone I just got the basic survival supplies and lived in the mountains.

I would use a plane and there are plenty of places to land besides the AF's. Like Twixxer said once islands are implemented they will be much more useful even though Chernarues is already big enough to hide a plane in multiple areas, Sea planes would be nice as well.

How do they not fit though its about survival, a bird is just another tool you use to hunt with.
