The update is appreciated, I for one will be happy to assist with feedback for the alpha. It gives me a chance as a player to be a part of development. And for this I Thank You! :thumbsup:

I will buy and play this game when it is released. :) I will wait patiently for it. B) I don't mind if the devs don't give me updates on the progress of the game as it will not sway my decision to buy the game when is released. :huh: I don't want to have to watch the forums when it is released to see if it is playable, unlike another game I'm watching. >:( I bought BF3 before it was released and went through a time of patches crashes and other stuff that made it seem unplayable. :o The game will come out when it is ready. And we will all be ready to play it. :D :beans: for everyone!!

I bought Batman Origins, I still want BF4 I'm just to much of a tight a** to buy it now. Maybe in the morning.

I would also like to see some version of SP or LAN. I really doubt that we will as it would take a lot longer to get the game out. I rented my own server for a while and ended up running it white-listed only just so my friends and I could do our own thing. Kind of our version of a LAN party without being local. SP isn't for everyone just as MP isn't either.

I'm ok with removing the crosshairs. I just have to learn to play without them, which I'm doing anyway. I think the crosshair the way it is makes it easier for a newer player and for the more casual player. If said player likes the game enough then that should not kill the game. If the game play is good then people will play it. The mod as is has sent ARMA sky rocketing in sales. I'm all for making improvements and setting the bar for other games. But keep in mind the mod as it is has given you (Rocket) the opportunity to make the SA. Go with your gut feeling, you made the game what it is now. Rant ON: >:( Please drop the "IRL" pros and cons. I'm willing to bet that the vast majority of players have absolutely no clue how to fly a chopper or a plane "IRL".So for the sake of "IRL" they have to be removed??? I know a lot of gamers really want the game to simulate the real world environment, however I have never been able to spawn loot an abandoned house or any building for that matter to get the gun or ammo that I want. All of these things make for a better experience with the game and that's what should be important. Hackers will always hack. Some feel the need to do what others say can not be done. It may be harder and take a little longer, but its what they do. Battlefield series the aimbot was big, dayz seems to favor the teleport hack. Just out of curiosity I pulled up dayz commander and sorted the servers based on crosshair usage. Out of 5759 servers 1615 are running with the option turned OFF. 4144 have the option turned ON. Out of same amount 277 have 3rd person OFF and 5482 have it ON. To my knowledge there isnt a way to see how much traffic the servers get in a day verses the other. But based on choice that can be made now, the people setting up the servers are turning the option ON. Just food for thought. Please ignore my spelling.
