Ha ha, he would have been pushing up daisies by now if it were me. You executed a perfect trap and he fell for it. It was your duty to show him the error of his ways! I'd wager my left testicle that he wouldn't have given you such a gift :lol: Fair play though, it was your gift to give, and I'm sure he appreciated it.

Most of this footage fell on the cutting room floor when I made my Origins Series 2 Episode 1 video as I wasn't sure it'd be that interesting to watch. I mainly made it for Myself and Chris to reminisce, but I figured I'd post it up anyway. A friend ends up trapped on Mitrovice roof by the sheer amount of traffic that would easily take him out when he was climbing down the ladder. I stuck around to provide covering fire and intel to help him get down safely. As always it's available in 1080p

there'll be at least another 3 videos after that one. I'll keep going till that character dies. The next few episodes will have more action in though. We raid Salvation city a few times, and the second time gets rather hectic!

If space is an issue I limit myself to 2 morphine. I never carry epi pens. If someone's been knocked out by a shot the last thing I'm going to do is run to the same spot to revive them! And if they were knocked out by zombies I'd have to shoot the zombies to apply the pen anyway. Why not just kill them and apply a bloodbag. Most of the time they'd be back up by then anyway.

Perhaps try updating your sound card drivers, or re-install Arma/DayZ. Is it only direct chat that's bad?

WHAT??!!!! So close and no kill??!! Elektro snipers are the worst. You should have played some Predator noises, and "Turn around...... Over Here...Over Here". Then gone full auto with an AKM or similar death dealing device!! Great video though ;)

Cheers mate. What sort of FPS are you getting? ARMA II is really hard on PC's. It's not very well optimised, and your PC generates a lot of the detail that a server would normally take control of. That's why it's so easy to hack. I have Vsync enabled so the FPS is limited to my TV's maximum, which is 60fps. It sits at that 99% of the time unless I'm recording when it drops down to 40-50fps. I'm in the UK buddy. I'm pretty fresh in the world of DayZ, but I've been playing most nights for about a month. And as it happens I'm just about to stick the kettle on. jbec-john on skype if you're interested

So I was playing last night, and just outside of Polana I found 2 heli crash sites right next to each other! Just as I went to pick up a fal, I lost connection. No problem I thought, I'll just re-log. However when I checked my recent servers all of them were offline (10,000 ping, red bar, no players etc). I waited around for a while to see if it came back online, but it never did. All my tents gone, vehicles, and 2 heli crash sites! Then today I was trying to meet up with a friend, All of my regular servers were still offline, and the servers I could find were not available for her, and servers she could get on, I couldn't find at my end. I'm in the UK and she's in the Netherlands, but I wouldn't have thought that would be an issue. Is anyone else having similar issues?

It was just a couple of minutes before midnight when it happened, but the server had restarted at 23:00 (I was online at the time), so perhaps they'd scheduled a midnight update. It was strange though that about 6 other servers went offline at exactly the same time.

Just make sure you join an official server. Or if you we're playing on a private hive make sure you join the same one. It will check your CD Key with its database and load the character associated with it. Same CD Key, same character!
