Its all about balancing, Take part in PVP in a dignified manner (not shooting up new spawns on the coast) and ultimately go on a quest to find pristine gear of all current gear you have, If you survive your encounters with zombies and players (when they hit/shoot you your gear takes damage) this endgame achievement is nigh impossible so it should keep you going.

I can confirm Saline Bag IV works a charm in bringing players back to ful blood and from being unconscious (i think the whole bringing back from unconscious might be a bug) Im actually searching hospitals and prisons for one, for a clan mate of mine XD

Agreed but maybe instead of text just have an Icon which changes colour but thats my preference unsure if you the community agree with me.

Three days so far but i've had some close encounters, luckily being with clan mates to watch eachothers backs helps alot, So a good suggestion would be to play with friends you know outside of the game and have a good knowledge of team work and FPS gameplay and OFC Voice Comms is a must!

Its a bug which is two fold, the animals in the world since the latest patch are using the same scripts as the zombies which means they have the same audio files, The can opening is also a side effect but im unsure if its connected to the zombie scripted wildlife.

Since i started Alpha i have exclusively used the mosin for its longer range combat, better accuracy and the ability to scout areas with the long range scope, and it has a nasty kick when you hit a player center mass they either die or fall down unconscious either way thier no longer a threat, The downside as highlighted is the 5 round clip and manual reload, So when your in close quarters fighting with the mosin you have to waste valuable seconds opening up your backpack to slot in those 5 shots and if your not in a good defendable position can be easily taken down while reloading, This is why i always roll with my clan mate who has a M4 to back me up if things get "cosy".

Cracked server files shows a Tank, UAZ,Ural,Ural with Turret and some other civilian vehicles in the client right now.

I am comfortable with a mid 2014 release of vehicles tbh.

Alpha is struggling with what we have now spawning into the servers i can only imagine the headache of tents+ gear being saved/kept on servers. I do hope we see these features soon, From what i can gather the Alpha is testing core mechanics and vehicles and the likes are in the client files thier just not "switched on".

Indeed my clan mate just had his gear wiped because of the Vilayer servers.

As mentioned previously, check what server your joining if its not updated/synced with the database and you switch to a diff server your char wipes its a known bug thats being addressed, Now if you joined a private hive just go back to the previous server you were on and this is where it gets sketchy there have been reports on this forum of regaining your previous char loadout.

Are you talking about the ability of having your gun raised while moving? Its already in when moving tap your spacebar key, this will bring up your weapon to combat stance and allows quicker access to the Iron sights/Scope of the weapon.

You can craft a splint, Im unsure how you make said splint though maybe by combining the wooden stick and bandages?

Your question has already been answerd, The answer is DayZ Devs will not release any kind of server/modding tools/programs/files to the public until we are in a more stable build.

Was in Chernogorsk second day into DayZ SA Im looting a residential building and a fully kitted camo army player with M4 launches himself up the stairs, we lock eyes, i duck into the room i was searching and then he asks me over VOIP if im friendly, With my mic busted i typed i was friendly, He accepted it and said he would leave and let me continue looting. A feeling or relief came over me for a moment but then i rememberd, A fully decked camo guy wouldn't be wandering around Cherno unless hes after something, So i go back down the stairs and a hear a ruckus of zombie sounds to my left i pop my head out the door and take a look see, The fully decked out camo guy is hitting two zombies in the street and another two what seemed to be average geared players were hanging around him, It seems my head poking out caught thier attention. At this point all i had was the mountain backpack a motorcycle helmet and a Fireaxe and i wasn't in the mood to be negotiating with the camo guys friends so his friends start runnning towards me without saying a word, My quick reflexes had me spin around and hightail it out of there and duck into the backalleys at this point the M4 guy's mate was screaming at me saying "we just want your blood!" I may have listened to this nonsense if the camo guy wasn't spraying his m4 at me. Anyways i meandered my way around the back alleys for a little bit and then ducked into a house i had already visited and ducked in there for 3 minutes, After the time had passed i popped my head out again and looked up and down the street and saw no one, At this point my objective was to get out of dodge and move onto the next town, Before i did this i wanted to check out the nearest industrial shed to see if anything good was in there, Unfortunately it was empty as i was jogging out i saw one of the camo guys friends fireaxe in hand charging towards me to my right side, Without stopping i unslung my own Fireaxe and timed my strike, It seemed this guy didn't even see me to avoid my axe strike it plunged deep into his chest/throat area and he went down like a sack of potatos. As is common right now the body didn't just stop dead ont he floor it carried on sliding i managed to open up his gear and one of things i was desperately searching for was in his pack a Can Opener i swiped it and took off to the north as i passed the northern area i came across a dead bambi and low and behold he had a Mosin, I swiped it and continued on my journey. I still have the Mosin with a few other attachments i have found in my survival journey.

So it begins..... Lets hope Dean and the team get a lid on this asap.

Its quite simple really, and yes i understood what the OP was saying or trying to get across, What i imagine was going on is the m4 guy wanted the blood of the "bitch" and had his "wingman" there as the one to get it but said "wingman" fucked up and ended up hitting the "bitch" (possibly the "bitch" told the other two some lip of sorts) Of course the "bitch" panicked and ran towards the m4 guy maybe to get in a desperate right hook but the m4 guy was so crap at targeting he hit his "wingman" (who i imagine the m4 guy met up with in the server and decided to roll together) With the "Wingman" dead and the "bitch" combat logging the M4 guy was up shit creek without a paddle and decided to "jog on".

The Payday devs have a connection with Dean i believe.
