    My DayZ Characters Won't Save

    I think I figured it out. I was playing on unofficial servers. Try joining an official server and it might fix the problem.

    When I try to launch a DayZ game directly from Six Launcher or Six Updater, all of the servers say that they have 9999 ping. I can join servers though from hitting the green "launch" button on Six Launcher and then being taken directly into the DayZ mod for Arma2 and selecting a server from the multiplayer screen. However, everytime I play on one of those servers, log out, and then try to log back on, my character isn't saved! I respawn in a completely new spawn point, with no gear, full vitals, and the "Day Count" is set to zero! Idon't think it's an issue with my firewall, because I have it disabled. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated! This game is so amazing and would be better if I didn't have to restart everytime I played!
