    No.. ask Cipher...we caught him driving a bike without a helmet...so we had no other choise as kill him. after he respawns we bring him back is bike and gear...and...hes wearing a helmet. it works. :D

    A restart wont fix it.. the most times BE freaks out...was after a restart.
