No hacking No Exploiting No Racist comments or other types of hate speech. No Mic's in Side Chat. Do not give away bandit positions in side chat. Our most important rules is to have fun. If your idea of fun is to shoot Bambi's all day, hoard loot, make huge camps, say your friendly and then shoot someone in the back, or just be a nice surviver this is the place for you. As admins we are only there to keep the cheaters away. We want to play this game as much as anyone else. We dont' care if you steal our stuff or kill us because we will do it back to you. We might even start the fight. Come join in fun.

Sorry guys Hacker got the server and ported all the vehicles to one spot. I have restored a backup. Vehicles are back in place. If he killed you your body should be back.

ETA on when all the servers with issues will be fixed?

Thanks for clearing that up. I don't rent a server with you guys i just play on one. The performance has always been great. Good pings, load times were fast etc.... Unfortunately this issue has put a sour taste in my mouth in regards to your company. The admin of the server stated that someone did respond to his ticket and i think closed it stating that they could login. That might have been the case but people are unable to login to the server still at this time. I would be more than happy to help with troubleshooting by giving my player ID or whatever is needed to fix the server.

What do you mean by new requests? Are you talking about new requests for servers or new support tickets? If you are putting new servers before your current customers you need to examine your business model. If you are looking at newer support tickets that is also flawed. Why wouldn't you look at the backlog first? YOu really need to look at how you treat your current customers. Not once have I seen you sympathize with your customers issues. Your comments about how only a few servers have the problem as if the ones that do are an inconvience is laughable. Business reputation is everything. You should know this. How often do you go to a restaurant after seeing that the yelp reviews are poor? I doubt you do. If you have a high churn rate and not a solid customer base you will fail as a business.
