Since obviously most of you don't play the game as much as I do ( did waiting on replacement parts ) you had time to post on the forums. So lets rant shall we? Since you will ignore my points anyways, why should I resist but spurt random information which isn't pertinent to the point. Raise your pitch forks all you want, I'm happily loving my good gear and my back-up gear sitting in my tents. So since I won't need to target anyone because you spend some much time on the forums I won't quote. Here I go! Ok so you scream foul at the players who put stuff outside the map. To you sir I ask, How big is your group? Because I play with about 20+, we have a hard time trusting each other as a matter a fact. But you spend to much time on the forums to know that. To you who say ESP is annoying but stashing vehicles off the map is bad. Nuke why take all vehicles? No, I've learned the hard way that vehicles aren't yours, they are assets which you use but eventually someone else will get it. We a group of 20+ have lost all our vehicles so many times, and BTW we play on 1 server which as well BTW isn't run by us. WHILE we're at it, does targeting the admins shame on you. --- Stalk the server admin all you want he WON'T tip in our favor because that is LAME. When I realized how little the admins could do I stopped thinking about the things they can do to MINGE. If thats all your worried about then you are miss guided. Hackers can roam and do as they please, but admins need to spend time analyzing numbers to make 1 small ban that any tool can get past. Admins are your friends, because really they spend so much time cleaning up DayZ. ( Ok mabe not all of them are nice but the admins I know spend more time cleaning their servers then playing. ) --- I'm actually against the idea of keys, cars are fine as is and I do not mind the out of map reset. Round of applause, now if someone steal our off-road we know a search party will be able to find it. Unlike before. Everyone who is PRO keys are the minges you seek to destroy. All my gear is legit. So why do you hate us big groups so much? My group WAS planning to go to the coast and give out Aks and M16 in exchange for food just as a community thing. But no us big group, we BAD because we are walking barracks. We're on 24/7, hardly on the forums because YEAH WE PLAY THE GAME, we do not forum monger. Come kill us we do not care, we have good loot. Its to your advantage to find and attack big group as we can get good loot making it better for you to want to attack us. Oh but heads up we aren't in cherno. Oh but yeah F the big groups, they have so much fun not messing around in cherno, shame on them. We have some much inter-group relations, we love having firefights with a new group, it excites us to see other groups basing here because it mean we got to watch our backs.BUT guess what!!!!! You've never felt that because... YOUR ON THE FORUMS ALL DAY. All day long you post on the forums, when ever I read posts to people in-game they lol at the stupid complaints made here. Its seriously where the hardcore DayZ players avoid. Just because we spend a lot of time playing this game doesn't mean some hacker or random kids should be able to ruin our game because they are stuck in cherno and cry all day on the forums because they don't understand the fact that the game lie in groups, raids and stock piling. Funny its like you all don't understand why I'm so upset? Oh it because there is so much a hacker can do and so little an admin can do to stop them. Battle eye sucks. And you know what? I don't care. I'm going to play the game, but I won't cry like you kids about other people being better or having an advantage over you. You still think this is about tents and out side the map? ha, your funny. give us a bigger map! we hide stuff out there because we have out grown 16 x 16. We need more room to breath! We can't leave our camps without losing it all to ESP hackers. I know you have a small dev team but I'm sure some of the community modders would be happy to let you use theirs... Its tiring to have to deal with hackers, randoms and other groups but now we need to deal with the dev sending us back to the coast. Its annoying that us legit players get messed with because someone is abusing it. Take down the heli crash spawn map and other things which you ask people not to do if you're going to restrict us to such as small map. There is no safe place to setup camp any more. Why bother playing in groups if the devs just keep sending us back to cherno to fight all the CoD kids? We are the community but obviously the players aren't being heard because they are to busy playing. Just my 2 sense. Might stop playing since I can't get a break. ~Nuke

I feel gipped, I knew most if not all before hand and really you need to get them when the server restarts so having the map is useless.

Sorta got to be more specific, Dizzy can't do sh*t with out name or time at that. ~Nuke

My game is now hiccuping in game. Every one else doesn't seem to have the same hiccup like I do. It stop the game for a near second and it makes the game nearly unplayable ~Nuke

Yes, it didn't help. The problem is, last night a friend, who was a ghost shot me in the foot to see if he could hurt players in that one server, which is ours anyways, now whenever I go there I'm knocked out but everywhere else Im fine unless I D/C while knocked out.

@EpeeNoire, It is happening to me no matter how hard I try. Every time I rejoin any server I spawn unconscious. And its worse because the people around me are A a ghost and aren't really in the game or B total ***** and don't understand instructions on how to epipen people. And add to the fact that I need to restart my game when ever it starts to lag because the crazy amounts or resources cans take. This patch was suppose to fix lag, now its worse. Oh and the gamma stuff is worse now, some people can still see clear as day.

Thanks, This is much better. I do agree it takes some time to organize but it makes it less like skyrim where you only think about what you want once you have to much. It takes 3 seconds for me. If you see something you want start look before you get to it so the marker pops up. Using manual Gear button can help out as well. Sorry if I was malicious but it sounded like whining, welcome to Arma mods. ~Nuke

Read Post See post Read post The game clearly isn't very well optimized. It doesn't look incredibly amazing yet it runs a lot worse than games that do. What is your experience with Arma 2? You seems to be targeting me but I don't understand why you take such a stance at my post. I'm not being malicious but it GRINDs my gears. You can't stop me from having an opinion and stating it. I'm saying experience Arma 2 the way the fans see it or else you're not experiencing the good side of arma. It like playing Gmod in an RP server and never playing it again because you wanna build. But when someone come in and ask for Arma 2 to be for a new audience, in this case mainstream kids who want to play a zombie game, it does make us edgy not to mention when you arrive in our communities and cry. Operation Flash point is the result of Arma for the mainstream, a game no one cares for. As for optimizations go, its great. Have you seen the low settings? look Sure we get mad at Arma 2 for being a resource hog but when AAAs do it no one cares? ( Homefront, Black Ops, the list goes on ) And whats your alternative now that we are finished talking about my arma experience and opinions? Or do you have any? ~Nuke

Lies, I have a 800$ machine from '08 and I get 20 - 70 Fps. You clearly don't understand the graphics settings or your machines worth in dimes.

You know what really grinds my gears? People who bought Arma 2 JUST for DayZ. See Note You come in here and expect CoD BF3 and Diablo 3. Since you don't understand' date=' Arma 2 is literally a mod platform. They literally gave us models and said " Make the game better PLEASE " So stop whining, find a community running Arma 2 mods, Join their TS3, get to know them, sync your mods to their server using Yoma Tools. Then complain about Arma 2, I dare you. I used to play on USSOCCOM server until my mod folder got to 64GB. and saying the gameplay is subpar says the whole mod is subpar. This has a unique feel and thats what makes it unique and amazing. This is the zombie shooter we all wanted. Even cracked had a Prediction we'd never get to play it. Its quirky, I'll agree but its nothing you should get your immature whining to post. If you're going to complain, propose a alternative, a reasonable one. UDK isn't a alternative. ~Nuke Note: DayZ is a mod worth getting even if it means paying for it. But it ISNT a exclusive reason to have Arma 2. Arma 2 is based off its long lasting community and die hard fans, Bohemia appeals to this die hard fan base same has the mod devs. Its obvious Rocket doesn't like the whining when he calls you care bears in the CHANGELOG, an official document. Not to mention through the early stages of DayZ it was made up of Die hard testers. You enjoy having 50 servers to wait to connect to? They enjoyed waiting to get into 1 SERVER. With the boxing gloves off, I agree their are bugs but STOP CRYING. Respect rocket, hes doing the best he can. Hot-fixes are out in mere minutes, he deserves an award. @Rocket MODDB post, get stop cheating yourself out of a MoTY, you'd be the first Arma 2 mod to get it or on the top 10.
