Right now there is no Consumer Rights on video games and software. If there was, EA would be in bigger issues then the bugged games... Sorry to say, but BE rarely ban people for no reason. They have proof, but they never show it to the banned person, so you will never know why they have banned you. If you downloaded something suspicious then someone stole your key. If someone stole your key, it is completely your fault. Sorry for my bad English, it is not my native language.

I would suggest MyDayz.de, it is not that popular, it has a long whitelisting process so there are almost no hackers and there are good admins. If you need to improve your PvP skills for full servers I would suggest to go play Wasteland on Utes, it is pretty fun too.

Well, I have a little story: I recently spawned on a private hive, a bandit sniper hit me when I was in Elektro city (the upper part), I crawled to the Hospital with hope. Than I saw two other players, before they seen me I asked them for help, I didn't offer them nothing, and they gave me Morphine and a Bloodbag. After they helped me I stayed alive, as of now I'm still alive, and it was over two months ago. Since than, I never shoot on sight, I always give a chance, and if the player is friendly I ask if he needs anything, if it's food, water, medical supplies or ammo and help him.

My in game name is LKummer. And my name in real life is Lior Kummer, so LKummer is just a short way to say my name.

I spawned on Elektro, than I saw a bus coming, he picked some people up. After 30 minutes when I was on Dorby (a mountain near Elektro) I heard gun shots. I used the Binoculars I found to watch them getting out of the bus and firing to the air. After about 10 seconds one of them "missed" the sky and killed someone, than anyone there tried to kill him. They missed that guy so many times, only 2 people left after this, and one of these 2 people threw a grenade on the bus and they died. This was the dumbest thing I have seen in DayZ.

I'm just with anti-aliasing disabled and any other thing on medium-high. I also changed something in the Arma 2 OA config (Documents>ArmA2>ArmA2OA), I changed the value of GPU_MaxFramesAhead to 1 and the GPU_DetectedFramesAhead to 1. That's it.

LOL I'm with my old I5 (can't remember exact model) and my 6870 and I get over 60 FPS most of the time. This mod has some serious optimization problems... Hopefully they will fix these problems in the SA.

1. Look at DayZDB map and figure out where I am. 2. Run to the nearest big city\airfield and find a weapon. 3. Start searching for a vehicle and squad mates. After these 3 stages I start looking for real guns and better equipment.

Exactly, and the public hive is only for Chernarus, so it is recommended to put the server on your favorites, or use the recent servers tab.

Go to Steam support and they will help you get your account back. If you paid with Credit Card they could really help you, if you did not use a Credit Card they would want something else...
