Whats up guys. This is the first post of many I plan to be spreading throughout the Dayz community. Basically what I am looking to do is start a new gaming community focused around dayz and eventually have it branch off into whatever else anyone wants to do. In order for me to do this I need help. My vision is to make it a large organized group using a basic military rank system but not to any extreme to where we have members calling each other sir and whatnot in teampseak blah blah blah there is much more to be said about this but its only worth explaining it to people who are actually interested in something like this. Most of these groups fail after their first month because very few people know how to make something like this work. However with trial and error comes knowledge on how to build something whether it be a house or a gaming community. I have pretty much been experimenting with this concept since the mods early release, hopping around different community's and taking bits and pieces of knowledge as I go. At this point I feel comfortable with my ability to create a great group of people who all want the same thing. Why the military structure? Well I know this is not the first new idea that no one has heard of in the dayz world, but the fact is that every successful organization whether it be a business or anything which has a large amount of people must have some kind of hierarchy. Without it nothing would ever get done, people would constantly argue over how to do simple tasks and it would create huge amounts of stress for everyone involved. The same thing happens to gaming community if no one has a final say in whats going to happen. By no means am I trying to be communist here. Obviously there has to be some type of democracy involved where an general vote or something of that nature is taken to find everyone's combined opinion on the matter. Which brings me to my next point. What I want to do is build from the top down. Right now I am seeking the leaders and go getters out there who want something like this. Without a good group of core members you have a bunch of awkwardness and misdirection when you get more members. The things I am looking for in these said leaders is the ability and drive to see a project succeed and that they have to will to put in the work to do whatever they can to make it the best it can possibly be. I am also trying to keep these slots in somewhat of an age group. preferably people in their 20's on up, sorry to all the young players out there but being a leader means people have to be able to take you seriously to an extent. whats up my name is john i am 21 years old. looking for a group of good players who can take the game somewhat seriously, but also have fun at the same time. i enjoy pvp... alot. i played dayz in the early builds almost every day for about 6 months, however i did take about a 4 month break. i am currently a United States Marine and deployed so my game play times might change alot. i have my own teamspeak. pm me if you want to know more about me and whatnot i know this is short but i dont have alotta time on my hands at the moment, but i should be able to set something up in the mean time.

Welcome! We are Do or Die Gamers clan. We currently run a server with the Taviana map which has custom bases set up randomly. Here's a few things about our server 1. we have active admins who love to help out. 2. all of our admins use Rcon clients to stop hackers and watch the logs. 3. we have custom bases we have set up in the arma II editor and we are currently adding more (this means a safe place to store your gear and vehicles) 4. WE DO NOT FROWN UPON PVP. If you get killed then you should have tried harder. ( please don't cry to our admins about getting killed) 5. we are currently in the process of building a web sight to allow you to know what we are up to and how to join our clan. RULES: 1.Please do not use voice in sidechat unless an admin has told you otherwise. 2. do not expect any admins to to fix your every problem unless it is something major (Hacker) 3. Do not whine or cry about getting killed if it was legit. 4. Admin base is off limits, if you steal anything we will find you and make you have a horrible day. 5. If you fire upon an admin that has come to help you, the wrath of God will come down on your head. If we arnt doing something to help another player that has asked then we are open to pvp. 6. If you approach the admin base asking for help please do not have your weapons visible. (Unarmed or guns in your bag) 7. HELLO!!!!. We are Do or Die Gamers. We have just set up a new server using DayZ.ST which has allowed us to mod the server to make your experience AWESOME!!! we have the ability to use the editor to bring our own custom buildings into the map. What does this mean for you? It means that along with our huge admin base we have set up a bunch of smaller ones that you will be able to safely store your gear and vehicles in without the worrie of someone finding it. In fact it doesn't matter if someone does know where it is because they cant accesses it! Each base we will be setting up will have usable gates which will open and close only form the inside to make sure that you have no unwanted visitors. Eventually we will be adding even more buildings on the map like barracks to make military loot plentiful because im sure a majority of you guys out there enjoy a little pvp=P so why not stop by and give us a try. Welcome!!! We just set up a new private hive server on the Chenarus map. Since its our opening we have a little gift for the first people to make it to the balota airstrip... Things like fully repaired and gassed up urals and helicopters. Its first come first serve so be fast!!!. tomorrow we will be setting up a few impermanent bases we have made using the map editor thanks to one of our admins who has been a great help to us.
