Lesson learnt,has anyone ever ran into the other big dayz YouTuber Frankie?

Yeah it was deffo him.I don't expect him to be whiter than white, just left me feeling disappointed after watchin his videos on the train to work for weeks . Plus I'd got one hell of stash on me the bastard!.

I can not play the majority of the servers due to my version being out of date even though i am fully up to date on Dayz commander. At the moment im am trying to enter a namalsk server on 1.62 but i keep getting a message saying i need to be on version 1.62.98220??? Sorry but i am totally stuck it worked fine just 2 days ago!

Hi i have tried that. For some reason the Awa server worked a few days ago but now the version has changed i dont seem to be able to log on,i have installed the older version required but still no luck??

Hello I played on this server for a couple of days and really enjoyed it. When i came back to play it again a few days ago it said i had not got the right version. When i try to use the correct version and update through dayz commander it just will not update? every time i go back in i get the same problem. I am using 1.62 but it says version 1.6298220 is required?, can anybody help its driving me nuts. Also when i use dayz commander when i try and enter any server all i get is a message that says "waiting for host" i have to press esc and it takes me back to the standard arma 2 lobby.I have uninstalled and re-installed everything through steam but i still get the same issue?. Please help! sorry complete noob here so please excuse.

Hi guys, so what is used for apart from updating? Are u supposed to run the game from it as well? Every time I use it I select a lobby from it an after a few minutes all I get is a message saying waiting for host? I then press escape in it goes back to the normal arma 2 style lobby with the dayz servers listed?

Hi guys new to dayz. So, as in the title really, no obvious cause for lag but I'm getting loads nearly unplayable. I don't get this issue if I'm playing arma 2 so why am I getting so much lag on dayz? Any help would be great guys.

Sorry also just thought of another possible problem. Would it make any difference if I turned my grass level down? At the moment it's set to high, if so how do I do that?.

Thanks sula but I have tried that already.can anyone tell me exactly how to load up dayz? Should arma 2 be opened through steam an the game loaded through dayz comander ? If I try to connect to a server through comander it just says loading for ages and nothing happens?I then press escape an it drops me into the standard arma 2 multiplayer lobby with the dayz servers listed. Could this be anything to do with my lag?. Grateful for any suggestions.

Hi mate to be honest I carnt remember the server name but I know when I joined 47/50 slot were filled, so it was busy.Would lag effect other parts of the game such as zooming? When I try to zoom on say for example a tree line in the distance it's so jerky it almost crashes.
