    I actually like this idea. Makes sense. If you drop a grenade down a ladder and kill someone, all of their stuff may not still be usable.

    Found an uzi with 1 magazine in a hangar one time. And then in the control tower I found an AKM with no ammo just before I got murdered. Was probably put there by a bandit as bait though...
