    So I'm getting stuck on "waiting for server response", more or less like everyone else. I'm seeing people in chat however who've spawned as Birds, or in the debug forest.

    Rocket is the lead dev for DayZ....aka THE person :P Granted, but is he also in charge of when servers update their version of HIVE? I'm new here, so I wouldn't know these things.

    I've experienced the exact same thing as most of the posters already - not being able to sign in to any form of DayZ server after the 1.5.8.4 update. I get stuck on Loading for minutes on end. Even left my computer for a good hour and a half just to make sure, and when I came back I was still unable to get in. This being said, I've tried multiple servers and I've ended up with the same result. Hopefully there's a way of sorting this out, or a patch coming out shortly that'll fix the issue at hand. This mod is ridiculously good and I'd hate not being able to play due to a bug.
