it will not be as supported on console, its easier for them to patch things on pc and release them on pc than xbox or ps4 or whatever it is like minecraft on the xbox its like 1.4 beta on xbox when its like 1.8 on pc -

public hives are all connected, to keep your stuff from one private hive, you have to log back in to the same server vilayer hive and some other have multiple servers that hold the same hive

your specs arent the best but w/e try defraging try re installing make sure your pluging your display cord into your grapics card port also make sure you have no virus'/adware etc etc -
