My CD key was stolen so i bought a new one and if i try to join a server it says global ban #f2100e i googled it but i found nothing i looked on the battleye website but i can't find global ban #f2100e can anyone help me please?

How did someone steal my key? And where do i buy a new one? -
I have always been able to play with no problems in any servers and i did not mess with my options or anyting and since 30 minutes ago i am not able to join servers anymore. If i connect to a server and i join the lobby it says CD key in use. I have this problem in every server and i dont know how to fix it does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this? please help me out!!
