My group has actually done something similar... We build a nice fire and sit around it, and one of us direct chat-s playing his guitar. Weird thing was that like 6 random survivors came out of the dark and sat down next to us. After everything was said and done, the randoms payed him in beans and went their separate ways. One of the moments that reaffirm DayZ's absoulte uniqueness.

This is one of the most common script injected into the game by hackers. Why can't these little dick sneezes all be creative like the hackers that go invisible at night and play creepy shit around other players, or like that Jason Voorhees hacker? Then everything would be sunshine and bunnies.

Zombies have something like 4k blood, while players have 12k. Both a headshot and a .50cal BMG round negates these thresholds. -note, this chart is from before the weapon nerf... Just for reference.-

I love when these sorts of things happen. Just today my squad somehow found ALL of its members inside the front of the Elektro hospital when we started taking fire... All except for me, due to me having problems sorting my inventory. I hear the group firing say something around the lines of "Whatchu' guys doin' in our hospital? Don't you know it's ouuuurs?" My guys were obviously flipping a shit on TS, and I fucking GINGERLY walk up behind the attacking group, a pack of 5. I yell "Spread yo' legs, daddy's HERE!" as I light them up with my MK 48 like a Christmas tree. All of them sufficiently dead, I walk through the alleyway and tell my buddies to "calm their tits" through direct chat. We went home that day safe, warm, and aroused.

Just now, a wave of BattleEye script restrictions fell upon the heads of 99% of the playerbase. For these players kicked from the game, it meant nothing but bad, forcing them to lose their hard-earned helicopters and their respective shit... But for that 1%, the survivors of this scourge, it meant something huge in DayZ: Free reign over the entirety of Chernarus. They walk into Stary Sobor, into the NW airfield, and into the heart of Elektro with no fear in their hearts and free loot in their pockets. I do believe that these people were allowed to remain as reward for their service to the bean and mountain dew gods, respectively. This is just further proof that there do indeed exist DayZ gods... And that they are of an angry disposition. So rise up, survivors! Sacrifice the innocent to these beings and consume as many... Eh... Consumables that they represent.

The Mountain Dew gods have kept me safe, seeing me survive impossible situations as long as I have a can on me. The Mountain Dew gods have kept me rich, allowing me to keep the loot of those I have sacrificed. The Mountain Dew gods have kept me hydrated, because that shit is just damn refreshing.
