i say no However if it does get implemented, when you do a shit it should attract flies that sound like a dead survivor so you can use your number 2 as bait in a smelly ambush. Imagine a player hears the flies buzzing heads in their direction looks down and see the shit and then you burst out of the bushes with toilet paper or leaves sticking out of your trousers and gun him down or you could rush towards with with a melee weapon and slip on the poo land on your back and then gunned down by the other guy.

I haven't seen this mentioned before, if it has then please ignore this suggestion. I think you should be able to syphon fuel from one use able vehicle to another use able vehicle. A friend and i found a truck and was joyriding when we found another use able vehicles by the side of the road unfortunately it was out of gas and we didn't have a jerry can. It can just be a plastic tubing and be a special item so it doesn't take up space. There isn't too many use able vehicles so its not something you can do a lot and it wouldn't replace going to the petrol station.

+1 for having multiple profiles and as much as i like this game im not going to buy 2 copies of it so i can have 2 charaters. There could be a way round the mules and respawning such as not being able to spawn in the same server for 1 hour later etc

+1 I have the same issue with my group. In the game menu you can change the player profile. So it looks like arma 2 has the option so i dont think it would be that hard to setup.

Just to clarify even if character a and character b is the same player with the same name and cd key ?

A question about tents. I have recently found a tent and I’m looking for a place to pitch the tent and I do know that it will only appear on the server that you pitch it on and that only you can move the tent although other people are able to loot. I also read on the wiki though that if you die the tent will disappear after a certain amount of time. My question is this If character A pitches a tent on server 1 and dies. Then goes to the tent and loots the tent can then character B take the tent down and then replant it ? Im assuming NOT but want some confirmation also how long does the tent last after death according to the wiki it used to be 2 days but is now 5 days can anyone confirm this.

Can you give some examples by what you mean by realism settings ?

My friend logged in player for a bit and then didnt log back in for 8 days. I dont think your character can die if you dont log in but when you do log in you do need to eat and drink straight away, like i said my mate has lasted 8 days.

I know this is a stupid question but I just want clarification what’s the difference between a regular, veteran and expert server etc. :blush: I know on some servers you can have 3rd person and cross hairs taken off. Is there anything else like:- Are the zombies faster do more damage? IS there less loot more loot? Less beans more ak47?

Date/time 09/06/2012 when I put the civilian suit on round about 14:00 GMT What happened? I’M not that bothered about the loss of the character but I don’t know if this is a one of thing or an actual bug but I was in Devil’s Castle and I found some loot with civilian clothing. I thought I’ll put it on and see what happens, when I put it on the screen went black for a second and then went back to normal. Then out of the corner or my eye I saw someone standing behind me when I turned around I saw another survivor just standing there after a few seconds he didn’t move and then neither did I. when I went over to the guy and opened his Alice pack and saw the same thing that was in my pack some 1866 shells, markov mags, blood bags and bandages, for some reason putting the clothes on created a duplicate of me. After shooting him in the leg first to see if it would do any damage to me (which it didn’t) and me shooting myself/duplicate in the head 6 times I decided just to loot the Alice pack and carry on. There were other bugs such as my gun going to full ammo I only had 2/15 rounds before I put the clothes on that also changed to 15 and It also reset my debug monitor I went from 115 zombie kills to 0. Anyway I carried on for 30 mins before logging out of the server Germany 2 (ger2) to have lunch, I was alive and had a markov and a Winchester and was on the outskirts of some villager far away from Devils Castle. After lunch I logged into server uk13 around 15:15 GMT and where did I spawn but back in devils castle with no possessions but my Alice pack that had all the items in it except for the ones I removed earlier (maybe some karma there), I also had all the misc. possessions that don’t take up room like matches, compass and watch etc. You think the game is too easy or too hard at the start try playing the game with no gun anyway after a failed attempt to sneak on the airport base I died with a career best of 177 zombie kills. I broke my leg from being attacked from zombies and ran out of ammo for the gun I found there and couldn’t go up the ladder or had any morphine to repair the leg. So has this happened before when trying to put on different outfits for anyone else and in my opinion if you find other outfits I wouldn’t risk putting them on or is there a curse at Devils castle
