Woke up this morning and got to play on a Dallas server for awhile, then got off to download the new update today. Since downloading the updated dayz_code 1.5.3, every single attempt to connect to any server has been met with the connection timing out at Waiting for Server Response. On a hypothetical note though, if this was indeed a server overload issue, wouldn't all players have the same Waiting for server response problem? I've been sitting in ventrilo with friends who mostly all have no problems passing through this step easily.

Yes scrap them, seems like all the people who want them to stay in order to be able to tell who's a player killer are playing the wrong mod.

So my initial problems with getting connected to any server in order to play Dayz was that after installing ARMA 2 CO from Steam, I was missing 3 files which were installed easily after Reverifying. However, now after I disconnect from a server, I must verify the game as a single 1.4kb file consistently becomes erased once I finish playing. If I do not do this, and attempt to connect to a server, I'm given 5 seconds of Loading before prompted with Connection Failed and brought back to the server browser. I wish I could give more info on this, is this something other users are experiencing aswell?
