There will be no tools also the tools are the same as arma 2 and take on heli, but he said that he want new maps but he would try to talk to those who made maps to arma 2 like namalsk and import that way around. Reason for no tools is it open up the game to much so its easy'r to exploit. Its my understanding of the situation. So if u want a map make one to arma 2 get people to play it :D then one day u might see it in dayz SA

the m4 is not loud. at 100 metre range with a heavy wind u cant hear a m4 shooting and 300 metres with small wind u cant hear it. i agree with some weapons like to mosin its loud. but not the popcorn rifle m4 :)

Nice to read a fellow soldiers point of view. I agree at some point. Where i don't agree is the lonely we all have different mentality. but like a fireplace after a some time in the rain warm food and this to increase ur moral and ur wounds will heal faster great idea in my mind. Then like if ur with more survivors it could give a increase moral boost just like a + to ur moral it will not do much other then ur charector can handle more moral lost.

U can have 1 melee on ur bag and one rifle on ur bag and one rifle in ur hands. but u have to put down ur rifle everytime u need to do something like drink or eat.

There is a better possibility that a lmg is drop and forgotten by the military then a 50c sniper rifle. I'm only looking at this in a fiktion way if the outbreak would happen.

Lmg = Light machine gun. Noting to do with .50c Lmg = uses from 5.56 up to 7.62 rounds. I don't actully dont see a problem with a lmg rare weapon but they need to add some oil or something weapon maintaince.

U sir is a nice person "have my beans" I'm actully working on a guide, there is already plenty of guides out there and i agree with u that new players need a possible tutorial one where u get to know simpel knowledge of how to survive and what to look after. I'm sure Dean "rocket" hall have something in mind for this, but since its a alpha there is alot of other stuff to do before a tutorial can be made.

Dont listen to guys who say dont buy the R9280 its the same card as a 7xxx all they did was OC and stablize the 280 and its almost same price they set a new fan on stupid stuff there is noting new about it. The hawaii chip amd did is only on the 290 and 290x. There is also the nvidia 770 who is around the same area of performance and should be around price aswell. Cpu: U choosen a fine cpu all i want to say to u is even intel is in front with cpu u have to think about what am i goin to use this for if its only for PC-gaming and normal papir work u can also look at AMD they do fine cpu's aswell and perform the same in games. If u goin to render video's photoshop 3d-modeling intel is the way to go. And the fx fx-8350 socket am3+ is a fine one. remember atleast 8 gb of memory for a gaming pc. U havent said how much memory u wanted to buy :) Motherboard is fine noting to say about it. Everything u have choosen is fine :) Hope ur enjoy ur setup, i just wanted to show there is other possibilities.

U just refer to the 3 lucky shots in the world :P u are very skilled Shooter when u hit small targets at a range of 1000 metres. Its not something u just do.

I actully wrote this long post of information about real life Rifles and why we cant have a 50c rifle in game but instead i write this. 50c is heavy, we are only survivors not special forces. if 50c sniper goes into game i want a heavy 50c machine gun with x-legs aswell and i can easly run with it 20 km by my self and have ammo for it. and when the 50c snipers come back to this forum and say that machine gun is fucking overpowered we can begin to discuss this issue again.

I cant simpel take some of the people in here. Direct complains about how Dean "Rocket" Hall do with he's life "HE*S FUCKING LIFE" its he's not yours in anyway if he feel for mountain climbing so be it you are not to tell what he should do or not. Games: Battlefield 3-4 World of warcraft 2005 sim city 2013 League of legends before they splitted servers. and many other games. When they got full released they had problems with shut down not able to log on servers, que times over 9000 for weeks and months before adressed. Dayz Sa is a very smooth started up alpha compared to full released games. Sim city 2013 still have alot of problems remember that same with bf4. Dayz Sa have had a massive overhaul about its way it works. Like weather system in arma 2 the weather system between server and client would keep communicate between eachother to make sure u had the right weather the new system Server will tell ur client its raining and the client cant realy say anything agienst it as it could before. There is a complete optimazed system to handle massive load on loot,zombies,players the system is only in testing thats why its all in very small scale like not alot fo zombies and only 40 player servers. Loot is a work in progress first there is not added loot spawn points to all buildings yet the balance of loot is hard at the moment since they isnt alot of loot to fill the demands the dayz team could easy set the spawn rate down or up. And last. All talk about zombies is stupid since we have no idea of how the future zombies will look like. Rocket already adressed this issue. People who think its easy to make games should just go out and show it. Yes it took a year to get a alpha but its bloody hard work the way they did it. They took a arma 2 engine and a take on helicopter mixed them together removed i guess more then 50k lines of code im amazed how its working. I would like last last, say that im a human and i can be wrong.

I cant help u. But i can refer that u go to the report section and report it as a bug. But u have to remember its a alpha so those things will happen.

What i have understand Dean said was to give away simpel knowledge like cook ur water before u drink it, cook ur beef before u eat it, If u dont have warm cloth on u will freeze and u will get sick, If u get biten by a zombie u might get a infection, Bullet wounds wont heal it self if u not taking care of it. If someone is sick they can infect u by air. all this kind of common knowledge. Its actully very simpel. And i love it.

I just been looking in dayz, it runs on Dx9 so it should be running fine on xp, also becaurse arma 2 runs fine on xp. We need more information about ur machine spec.
