Only he replaced his hand, with a rusty hunting knife... And at night in the store we heard a SQUEEERRREEKKKKEEE" I gulped in fear and looked at him and he said "The hash slinging slasher..."

Very true. I am messing around with the editor and the camera script. As well as scenario object placement. But, what I would like to know is how you can change the player model to the Civilian clothing from DayZ in the ArmA editor.

Google apparently doesnt know much of DayZ Machinima's. PurePassion, This is going to be a Scripted series. Acting, different characters you will get to know, and an adventure to find your best friend who was lost in the world of Chernarus. We are still VERY VERY early in production. I mean we just started last night. So the story will be a lot more complex than that when we film it. And thanks for mentioning the name of a free flying camera tool. Big help.

Hello, I am DIABLO258. I recently got into the talk of beginning a web series through a game with some friends, and we chose DayZ. Its something we have been wanting to do for a really long time, and we finally have the capability of pulling it off. We know its going to be hard to do, but we are willing to work through it. All we really need is a quick run down of the things that are, and arnt possible within the DayZ game; or ArmA all together. Q: Is it possible to disable the HUD/UI on your own private server? Q: Is it possible to noclip within DayZ or ArmA at all? (Or at least in your own server) Q: If not, is there a software that allows us to have a free flying camera within the DayZ game? Q: Last but not least, do you have any suggestions on a in-game recording software that works well with ArmA (IE: Fraps) Q: Should I change my mind completely and use a different game all together? Q: Is it possible to change models? Say, into a zombie? Or change the civilian clothing color? Thank you so much in advance. I am really excited to work with DayZ to get this thing moving. I hope some of you know of tactics I can use to film inside of ArmA, it would be a great help. Post any tips if you have them

*Sniffle* thank you Sheepdawg. And I have been playing DayZ since about July. So I know what Its like to die a lot. Its just... for some reason this one time got me more upset than usual. Probably because I never went to Cherno or Elektro this time, and I still died the same exact way. And yes, NW Airfield is a bad zone to be in. But when ever I find someone who isnt as loaded as I am, I tell them to holster there weapons. Then I go out to talk to them at a safer distance, and once I find out where they are going and what they looted, I just say ok and leave. I even give people food and water sometimes if they need it. I wish everyone was as nice as me. no one ever pays me in gum

Yes, me, standing up, saluting saying "Hey, can I get a ride?" Did I mention they pulled up next to me on the airfield and stopped so they could all get out and all shoot me at once? And then after I died, a girl came on the mic laughing saying "Sorry bro." :,[ Pulls at my heart strings.

I vote that we start a group of people that go around and help new DayZ players. I was looting the NW airfield when a truck with 3 people got out. I said "Hey guys, can I hitch a ride out of here?". Dead. They unloaded on me. 2 days of playing gone to waste, so now i'm gonna do something about it. DayZ players who enjoy grouping and playing as a team, lets band together and start a new military for Chernarus. Lets move around helping the new players of DayZ at specific checkpoints through out the map. If anyone needs help, they can come to our checkpoints and get food, water, and heat. If someone feels un-easy about going somewhere, we can supply them with a body guard to go through the trees and watch them. Okay maybe that's a lot, but you guys get my drift right? Right? GAH! THE ADRENALIN FROM GETTING KILLED KEEPS PUMPING

It was me and a long time friend, running from a zombie horde. It seemed like there was no end until we could reach the hospital in Cherno. After miles of running, and miles of desperately holding off the Zombies that wanted our flesh and blood, we reach the hospital. We bust open the gate like there was no gate. Upon going inside, POW POW POW, a gust of smoke sprees out from the corner of the hospital wall, and a familiar voice shouts "Yeah take that you fuckers!" My friend gets hit, all 3 bullets entered his chest, he went down. I somehow managed to leap to the side of the building and run around it, finding a ladder, I climbed for my life. When I reached the top I crawled to the edges, searching for the man I found to be so familiar. finally after about 5 minutes of waiting, he pokes his head around one of the military tents and starts to crawl to my friends corpse that is being eaten by the zombie horde. I pull out my AK-47 and fire off one bullet. One bullet that seeks the head of this crazed man. One bullet that avenges my friend. One bullet that kills another bandit. I climb off the building and go to study the body. His name was Gus McChicken. I remembered him from earlier. Me and my friend had just been running from Bolota air strip because of him. We killed his friend after he loaded a shotgun shell into the wall next to me. Gus came around the corner shouting and enraged, so we booked it. He must have gotten around us... After finally defeating Gus, and losing a good friend. I started to feel guilty. I thought that maybe he was just avenging his friend, as I was avenging mine. Maybe he was just like me, but he didn't have the knowledge to look up. Maybe he was friendly, but he was just drowned in anger because of what I did to his friend. Maybe I could have avoided the whole thing. Nope. What happened, happened. I just walked along the mountain side thinking "This is DayZ..."
