I'm pleased to announce the start of what I hope will become a popular series of video diaries and journal entries from BSB community members charting their experiences within the Day Z mod. The series is called "DayZ & NightZ" (Days & Nights) and these journals aim to promote the Day Z mod and immanent Day Z standalone release as well as our own communities activity within the game. We have Day Z groups from all over the world (Mostly UK/Euro and US though) on at all times of the day and night. Details can be found on our forum and at our website (www.bsbnetwork.com). It's a good idea to use our public TS3 server too, details on website. We have no age, skill or time requirements all we ask is for fair play and common sense.

No it's not a legitimate dropped item. I'd leave it well alone. Camoflague clothing is however legitimate.

Are the islands meant to be spwanable? I have spawned twice out on the islands of Otmel now and I'm not sure if it's a bug or a legitimate spawn. Anyone esle spawned out ther or in random places?

Not sure if it's been removed now as I've not spanwed there or heard any friends spawnign there lately. I think it's a good idea to have some island spawn or rarer spawns around the map.

Good post, stackable items are something I'd expect to see in the full release now as I think this is largely down to the Arma 2 engine. I think epi pens and blood transfusions are intentionally made that way to encourage and reward team play within the game. It works (for the most part!) too. Incidental, there are clans and teams that have time for casual gamers. We have loads of casual gamers within our community and many teas and groups that are happy to have casuals tag along as and when they like, details are in my signature.

We have some US players and groups in our community.... no obligation to join any of the clans that use our community resources including our own in-house multi-game clan but feel free to tag along by getting on our teamspeak server or using our forum. Details can be found in my signature. All we ask is you are a fair gamer and have a bit of maturity and common sense.

I think tehre will probably be one single map if im thinking abaout it logically, but there is a possibility of having it split into various regions that are reachable on foot or by vehicle with vast maybe wilderness or desert between them.

Why? It goes against the grain of the game's objective! No way.

Im with you on everything except the currency/shop. This is far too Free-2-play for me. There could be system enforced trading systems built into the game somehow though. I especially agree about the guns. Even if many of the guns are quite similar in use there should be a massive variety just to make looting more fun and random. Im sick of seeing the same loot (coke, pepsi, AK, Winchester, Shotgun Shells, Markorov mags etc. )
