    Looking for ppl

Hi, you are welcome to check us out at The BSB Network. We're a social gaming community (not a clan) that is dedicated to fair and fun gaming. We have many members and clans within our community supporting Day Z that team up in groups using our TS3 Server to communicate and coordinate their scavenges and raids. The community is mostly adult gamers over the age of 20 (well over in most cases!) but there are no age, time or skill requirements - all we ask is you play fair and have a bit of common sense about you! Our members are based all over the world and are on at all times of the day and night, but all speak English and most are based in the UK and Mainland Europe with some in the US too. We have over 200 registered Day Z players and most of them team up in small groups, or "fire teams of of 4-8 players. We've been gaming as a community since 2002, so we're not some ad-hoc fly by night clan that's been quickly set up and will be gone in the blink of an eye! I must stress we aren not a clan at all, we're just a community for casual to serious players (it's upto you how you use our community) but we do have our own in-house "home" multi-game clan within the community. There are also other affilaited/friendly clans and groups within our community playing Day Z. There is no obligation to join our clan or any of our affiliated clans to take part in sessions though, everyone is free to urn up and get involved. If you're interested check out or website @ www.bsbnetwork.com and try to hop on our Teamspeak 3 server and say "hi!" 212.187.246.58:9140

Poll: Reason to why you would leave DayZ?

Maybe they are playing a different game to me if they think it's "unplayable" then. Maybe they should stop playing.

Poll: Reason to why you would leave DayZ?

Did you bother to read my post or did just skim read it? I gave you my opinions on why people are leaving and my opinions on why I feel this thread is a poor thread. If this topic is a serious attempt to engage the community and attempt to address the popularity of the mod (which isn't in need of addressing!), rather than purely a QQ /negative thread aimed at bashing and undermining this mod, then surely it would be more constructive to post recommendations for improvements with his ideas as to why people are leaving (which he clearly has , hence the poll selections).

Poll: Reason to why you would leave DayZ?

I think you miss the point - if they were leaving or seriously considering leaving (as seriously as you think about a game!) they surely would just leave or lose interest and not participate in the community anyway. You would ahve to be pretty sad, a bit of an attention seeker or just bored beyond belief to bother with a gaming community that you werent even arsed about playing any more! To me this just looks like a useless QQ thread. If you dont want to, or can't play, then don't. It's that simple. No one is holding a gun to people's heads forcing them to play. You don't need to post moans and whine threads here about it, just go and leave the rest of us who do wish to continue playing to discuss the game and it's content. What is lost on lost people is that this game is aimed at a very specific target audience, then on a wave of popularity loads of people have hopped on the band wagon outside of that target audience and started moaning and crying about the game. I am inclined to believe most of the people who are leaving are just the nuggets who werent within that target audience bracket anyway so good riddance to them.

Setting up a server, Need Donators.

Did you need to spam this across 3 boards? You might be best setting up your own group/clan and posting in the camp-fire section mate.

Poll: Reason to why you would leave DayZ?

If people are serious about leaving or have left then why would they still be using the Day Z forum????

First gun you ever found in DayZ?

I hear you, I actually used to keep my Makie over other side arms I encountered in game just because of how common the ammo was.

    Removal of night vision

Ive been saying for a long time NVGs should be rare as rocking horse shit within game and ideally require batteries, which in turn should have limited use. If this cant be done then yea remove them as all it's doing is making night time (which is and should be fantatsic in Day Z) and associated items such as flares, chemligts, torches etc, obsolete. Most players chose not to play at night unless they have NVG. Those of us who do like to play Night time do so at the risk of knowing fine well that most of the other night time users will already have the goggles. So yes, better balance is clearly required.

First gun you ever found in DayZ?

First started playing when youu got a gun, the .45 revolver. But the first gun I found was a CZE rifle. Ididnt like it and the next gun I found was the Winnie, which I loved.

I wouldnt mind you guys using our forum to promote your server and I can vouch for and help regulate any the community members we have using your server.

Interesting idea but you would be best trying it out smaller scale. Maybe try it out with a clan or group first.

    Grouping up

You should check us out at The BSB Network - www.bsbnetwork.com We have been going since 2002 and have more than 1300 registered community members, with 200+ of them playing Day Z. We have our own TS3 server and a dedicaed website/forum for our community. We dont have any requirements or restrictions other than having a bit of common sense and playing fair (no cheats/exploits).
