Our server is quite quiet right now as most of our comunity are playing on the Day Z Redux servers but we do still have a fair amount of activity. Zero tolerance on hacks I'm afraid, as explained beforehand on the user agreement every member of the community agrees to abide. The evidence to support your ban was provided by the administrators of the Day Z Redux servers in the form of logs. We banned on the back of their decision. Unfortunately there isn't a single instance in the past 10 years where a player who has been accused of or banned for cheating where the relevant party hasn't claimed it to be unfair or because of some kind of mistake. We have a duty and obligation to protect our community members and our own reputation. We are more than happy to revoke any bans if and when a player can provide information or evidence that their bans is a mistake or unjust. It's a sad state of affairs but it is a necessity that we must follow a strict policy of "suspend/ban first ask questions later" - if there are strong suspicions or evidence of foul play we will take this action and work it out once this protection is in place, if it is a mistake. It's regrettable but I would hope that our community members are mature enough to understand and respect the needs of this policy and have the patience and tolerance to persevere under it if/when they become a victim of it. As we have proven on at least one recent occasion when evidence was provided of a mistaken identity and a ban was revoked. I'm sorry that you have fell foul of this, but at the end of the day it is your responsibility to play fair and provide us with evidence/proof to counter ours if there has been false accusations.

I actually think some of us may be suprised come the release of Stand Alone and it's long term development. I think there's far too many people who would play PvE for them to be ignored and I wouldn't be suprised to see it some how addressed later down the line. Personally I love the PvP added to the mix but I do understand the appeal of PvE.

I think it's either a bug or an intentional tradgectory change as I've seen bullets randomly stray off and miss when shot through windows - I'm a crap shot but even I'm not that bad! Far too many times I've seen me miss or even survivie close range shots through the winner.

I play as part of a group , The BSB Network with literally hundreds of players in loads of groups and we've been playing since the first week of release, as well as on my own - and love it both ways. I find both way sof playing equally challenging and rewarding, with their own pros and cons. As one of the guys already said, it's sandbox but it's also aimed at a very specific target audience in my opinion. I think you have to be a fan of the zombie/appocalypse genre on the whole as well as appreciate the aims of the mod. For me I get a lot of satisfaction and pleasure when playing alone from the atmpshpere and tension created because dead means dead - hours of work and graft scavenging, stalking, raiding, moving with stealth etc. all lost by a single bullet. It makes you appreciate things much more and take less risks - encouraging you to play as if it were for real. In that respect it really is a fantastic RPG. Obviously most things you come accross in game tend to be purely from players themselves, so theres no real limit to the scenarios or events that can unfold - no 2 stories will ever be the same in the game. From that aspect it makes for a fantastic MMO. Try to enjoy it for what it is, true there's not a lot that stands out in terms of objectives or points to the game, but there isnt meant to be. It's purely an environment you are meant to submerge yourself into and enjoy.
