Hi there matey, you are welcome to check out BSB Network. We've been around since 2002, have supported Day Z since launch and will be supporting it well into stand alone as well as continuing to support Day Z Mod (Epoch). We're an adult clan that's very stable and reliable (so we wont just disappear in a months time like some!) and take pride in our clean reputation and integrity. We're primarily an open community for gamers (ages 18 upward - most of us are in our 30's 40's and even older!) to come and go, taking part in any gaming campaigns we support as and when they wish, getting as involved as they wish and we have varying grades to reflect each community members level of integration and activity within the community (as well as an awards system!). We do offer an internal clan thats invitation only for some of the community members who are a bit more dedicated and looking for a more tight-nit, long term clan solution too. We are UK based with many EU and even a fair number of US members. We're also presently officially ranked as Enjin's number 1 EU Clan site. We have no silly rules or requirements, the rules we do have are based around common sense and fair play, so they arent really hard to follow! We run dayz events and activities, host our own active Day Z EPOCH server, which is mostly cooperative play and base building with elements of PVP and also frequent the Musty Gaming public servers for some PvP action, where our members team up against other clans and groups! Hey matey, you're welcome to check out our Epoch server, link in signature. We're more than happy for players to go PvP (we already have a couple of very hostile bandit groups!) and encourage players attacking bases. The only rules we have are based on common sense and are there to prevent griefing, arguments, flaming and rage quitting which are that you cant destroy bases or vehicles within bases. Most of this stuff is basic mate and to be honest if you are going to be running a server you need to be looking after it yourself as there will always be work needing to be done. I recommend you follow some of the basic instructions laid out at helpful sites such as http://opendayz.net/forums/scripting-discussions.56/ Could I ask who your server host is? Just most decent hosts tend to have some basic tutorials and instructions on doing so, I know from experience that most the stuff on that list DayZ.st have a wiki page givign exact instructions on how to do it. It really doesnt take too much time before you start getting the basics of what you need to do an how you need to do it, plus most other server admins or scripters prefer it when you at least try things yourself. hmmm, seems a bit harsh to slate us that we don't "care" for our server based on a few minutes game play.... In our defence and to retort; the custom added city near Kamenka is Tikhaya City. It's a community map update that's available for any server owner to download for free produced by a guy called Poncho. We've been testing it on our server for a couple a week or so and feedback has generally been very positive as it adds a decent location for players to head for down near the usually baron Kamenka spawn. Your feedback is indeed very welcome, including any complaints you have , but if you can give me any specific details as to what your issues were so I can investigate them and if need be correct them, I'd appreciate it. However if it's just general issues regarding the quality of the map update, they should really be made to the designer , Ponch;- here is a link to his thread where you can contact him:- http://dayzepoch.com/forum/index.php?/topic/3267-around-14-hours-of-work-tikhaya-city/ It is possible that the server didn't load the map updates correctly and buildings were out of alinment (which sometimes happens between restarts), but we didn't have any other complaints yesterday and the server was quite busy all day - plus it would ahve auto corrected within the 3 hour restart window anyway. Qualitywise, the designer claims to have put 14 hours work into it , our initial trials looked acceptable and feedback as I said have been very good so far from our server users. Did you check out the rest of the server? How long were you actually in game? One of our moderators said you spent only a few minutes online, not sure if this is the case but doesnt seem really long enough to be thorough in your appraisal of ours server or for you to give a true account of it's quality. You are more than welcome to come back and I would urge you to do so, fully exploring the entire map and server features. If not that's fair enough and I hope you find a suitable server.

Load it up and check it out. There's a flavour for everyone now. Day z mod has been taken on by Raz0r and co now and has been developed fantastically and while it's a thousand time better these days than it was back last summer, theres still nuggets on public hive servers now and again (as with any game). Theres also many other versions that have their pros and cons, depends what you're looking for I guess. Be careful which servers you play on, Id recommend popular well established servers like the Musty games community servers.
