Why not a huey with no guns spawns you have to find gun mounts and guns to put on it. Make it so you can put like M-4s if you want to find M-240/49s to mount on their. Make this the same for like pick ups and boats.

The thing I don't like about the little bird is you cannot use your own weapons their is one model with a shooting platform for snipers that would be good for return fire.

So here is my grand and wondrous idea... A DayZ convention. Just a simple place where maybe the dev. team could have a Q&A live with the people who make this mod so popular the players. Maybe have some merchandise, a costume contest, etc. If my idea holds water maybe have it so one year it's here in the US and the next it's in Europe. Thanks for reading and happy hunting.

Ok so I think this is where this should go I am looking for a white listed private non battleye hive server. I am not a hacker it's just my ping is too high. Any info would be good also if it could have a teamspeak server for the server. Thanks in advance - James

Ok this is my explanation: A shipment of experimental bio-weapon is delivered to the NW Airfield on the last leg of its journey to a secure facility to be destroyed in part of a UN treaty to destroy all bio-weapons in the region. As the containers are being loaded onto a C-130 a group of communist extremists attack and over whelm the guards. Thinking it is a shipment of weapons they take a pilot hostage and try to fly out of the country to their rebel base. The hostage pilot dumps the fuel in an attempt to force the plane down. The terrorists shoot him and the plane goes down. The bio-weapon is released and the population is exposed. The CDF tried to hold out at green mountain and await a US marine force to decontaminate the region. The marines were not informed that the weapon being based off of a virus had mutated causing infected to become very hostile and delirious attacking humans on sight. The force is overwhelmed at the beach landing and takes a different approach they seal off the region. The last evac ship goes down in a storm and their are only a few survivors the players. The US military is trying to evacuate the players but a electromagnetic force is bringing down all out side aircraft. The electromagnetic force seems to be eminating from the Green Mountain radio tower. The other shipment made it out of Chen. To a island named Namalinsk...

I'm getting my Internet upgraded so I can play without atomic level lag in a few days so I request a trial. I am a good leader and I know military tactics I also know when I'm out numbered so I won't be wasteful with supplies and men.

I am just comming into the DayZ community I am getting my Internet fixed within the next week and a half I would like to team we can plan out a link up point and time. I will PM you I am 14 and turning 15 within the end of the year. I can plan out raids, tactical procedures, and other military style maneuvers. I would like to see guided-rockets in DayZ, my reasons being the military pulling out to escape the zombies couldn't have taken every thing. So any one who found this very rare drop could take down a Huey or a fast moving car. To counter this you could add a few more chopper spawns,and chaft and other lock on counter measures. At the moment to take down choppers it takes high-powered anti-material rifles or volley firing from machine guns.

Ok how about this scrap the thermal and put in a 5x magnification scope on top with a Holo sight on the side for close encounters. That way you can't snipe too far out and you can actually fight in CCB.

Do something with the destroyed Humvees put maybe a M-4, AK-47, Grenades, MREs, and some other weapons. In my opinion I think the vehicles were destroyed by bandits, or a rouge military faction trying to fend for them selves.

Um... Most of the Army equipment has a "So Easy The Army Can Do It" pictures on the operations of the weapons systems. In three minutes most people could fire a LAW tube or a Stinger.
