First, why are you trying to change your IP? Hmm... Depending on your tactics, you should be able to change it in under 24 hours. Open CMD and type "/ip releaseconfig" then unplug your router and leave it off for 8 hours. Second, anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks. Be patient. Lots of stupid children putting in tickets.

I threw myself at zombies mercilessly for the first 2 or 3 lives. Eventually got a fireaxe. Met a get when my legs were broken. He game me a ride with his bike, then when we saw some players he gave me a FN FAL to defend myself. I immediately shot him and took his M107 + the rest of his stuff that I could carry. He respawned and killed me with a frag grenade.

It wasn't banditry, although it was metagaming and most of the community seems to be onboard with it. I don't like looting my own body unless I'm having a really BS day, like as a freshpawn I can't find anything but a box of matches after 4 hours and then the first person I meet shoots me. If I spawn close enough, hell yeah I'm going to get my matches back.

Dude. Your fucking spelling. God dammit I hate the internet. That being said, do you mean Tamriel? As in the Elder Scrolls location? Or? Fallout: New Vegas's hardcore is fun for a while. The DLCs make it near impossible to play on hardcore, though; the Sierra Madre expansion, for example, has all of 3 beds and the only "Food" you can make is a super addictive alcohol-drug called "Angel Cloud" or something. It's called Cloud Kiss and the DLC's name is Dead Money. Point being, you basically starve to death or die of sleep deprivation if you don't power through the DLC as quickly as possible.

But just to cover all bases, my character is an ex black ops corpsman supersoldier from the future with a built in communications device, telepathy, and everything else. Obviously I'm allowed to use Skype/Steam Chat/TS3 to communicate with friends without finding a walkie talkie, I can log out of 1 server, go behind you on a 2nd one, and come back to the first and kill you for my "Invisibility powers," and I can instantly know the names, symptoms, and cures of all diseases in game. I also have a map of Chernarus with all loot locations in my head, so I can tab out of the game and look it up. It's not cheating. It's just the character I'm roleplaying as. >.>
