Switch to hardcore after gearing up a "Normal" character. Then, no matter what, you can say "I have X, Y, and Z" even if you aren't actually using it.

"Verify your Steam cache" is the Steam equivalent to malfunctioning electronics. The first thing a help line asks you to do is make sure it's plugged in, the second is to unplug, wait, and plug it back in.

I couldn't remember if it was the brits or not. It's a DLC I wish I had when I played A2, though; the BAF had cooler vehicles. :( And the L115. And the Mk48 Para which had some weird complicated number-name but was pretty cool. -

You get the Czech Republic, PMC, and I think 1 other DLC. Did you buy it on Steam or from Bohemia Interactive's website? -

Xpadder? My only video with any views is a tutorial on using it.. seriously PM me if you come up with a control scheme that isn't crap like mine (I tried playing ArmA 2: OA like an FPS. I couldn't crouch-only prone and standing-or lean. The context menu was a little weird but I made it work)

I'm a fan of the SA because there aren't any BS private servers with 9000000 cars and helicopters per reset with x99999 spawn rates for everything but zombies, oh and you spawn with every item anyway so there's basically no point in playing. BUT if you donate three cheap installments of $99.99 you also spawn invincible and invisible. >.>

Gates are the most frustrating thing in OFP, ArmA 2, Operation Arrowhead, Arma 3, and DayZ. It's just dumb. A mil sim where your military doesn't teach you how to push or pull but you can sprint a hundred miles without stopping.

The way BI games handle mod balance is through signature checking. Because signatures are easy to spoof (in a sense), he doesn't want players joining servers with "Mods" (hax) that set out going fire hydrant damage to 9 million at a range of 99 miles in 180 degrees, which is extremely easy to do and would literally destroy the game beyond recognition. He can't allow mods until he has signature verification down-pat. -
