  1. Thanks for posting that. It did fix my serial key problem although the person who stole the key seems to have used and hacked my player and I am now globally banned. Oh well, that's what I get. Thanks for your help guys :)
  2. Ok ok I may as well be honest. I was fully geared to the teeth with an AS50, ghilli, M4A3CCO etc etc and a hacker killed the entire server. I wanted to hack in some new gear and obviously got some karma. Here is the link to the YouTube video I watched which stole my CD-key. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69tuYHOxmTM I know it was my own stupid fault but surely there's a way to fix it if it still works on one of my computers. Would it be malware? If so, can I find and delete the malware and then be able to play again? :/
  3. Still nothing :( is there a way to report that someone else had hacked and is using my account? Surely they are able to ban him and give me a new serial key?
  4. Helicopter Hunter, I actually cant even run Arma 2 oa, it just says "bad serial". The only thing I can open is plain old Arma 2
  5. Lol, nothing has been taken from my credit card, but I'm just curious as to how it is still functional on my other computer? I want to fix this so bad.
  6. Ok, so recently I installed some untrustworthy software and when I went to open Arma II Combined Ops, a message immediately appeard which read "Bad serial number given in setup". I then remembered that when I first purchased Arma II, I copied the steam files onto my laptop so I could also play on that. So on my laptop I opened DayZ (with DayZ Commander) and was able to log in. The weird thing is that it seems someone has been using my character as he loaded in fully geared and up near the Northern Air-field. Have I been hacked??? If I am able to open DayZ on my laptop I figured if I copied all the Arma files onto my original computer that the serial key error would be fixed... This is not the case. After I replaced all the files the error still appears. I cannot play properly on my low-end laptop and would really prefer to play on my desktop as I originally had been doing. If this serial key error has nothing to do with the Arma II files then what could it possibly be? And yes, I have uninstalled the software which I believe caused this. So lost, please help!!! :'(
