Yeah, there is a seperate MG version of it. it's just only a little less rare than the Mk48 mod 0, but it sorta sucks as MG's go. high recoil and meh iron sights, plus the ammo is more rare but its a one-shot knockout or even kill.

When you say under LMG's you have an M24, did you mean the M240 or the M249 SAW? cuz if you have a SAW I would love one! The three guns I am looking for when you find them, from order of want/need: 1. M249 SAW. Epic damage and firerate that can take both box and STANAG mags, plus masssive box ammo size and and common ammo supply. 2. M16A2 M203. Controllable semi firerate plus grenade launcher w/ leaf sights 3. MK48 Mod 0. Wicked damage with sights, although ammo is sorta rare. So I have decided that when I get a chance, I am going to trade some OP spare weapons (Think AS50 and AS50 NATO mags) for a vehicle of some sort, and run a transport service! That being said, I need some help picking out my first details What vehicle should I trade for? I was thinking of a vehicle from the list as follows: Bus: Huge capacity for players if I need to pick up a ton of guys. V3S or Ural: lots of stuff capacity incase someone is moving like their entire base, plus near-superman invincibility to trees (Ural, anyways). Commiebus (S1203): Holds a decent amount of people while not being too rediculously slow offroad and is cheaper than the rest. Old Hatchback: So I can make Big Yellow Taxi references (Yay for Joni Mitchell and other 70's music artists!). and it is fast on road. And after the vehicle is decided, what should be the fare of passage? I was thinking one of these as the standard fare (the distance of cherno to elektro) and something worth more for longer or more dangerous trips, like to NWAF. So I just recently made me a trade of: My M4A1 CCO SD plus an Alice Pack and Jerry Can for: A coyote backpack and a tent seemed like I would be losing out a little bit, but it turns out that the dude handed me all the stuff and then I found out he put a free AS50 and like 6-7 full NATO magazines in there, plus a satchel charge, blood bags, cooked meat and some other goodies. I am pretty bad at sniping, but I already have an M4A3 CCO for CQC stuff. Should I learn to snipe and keep the AS50 in hopes of killing dudes with it, or trade it off for some other gun I could use, like an L85 AWS or a FN FAL plus NVGs? Or if you don't like my ideas for the trade, post what you think I should trade for (giving the fact that I already have an M4A3 CCO and a G17). Thanks!

So I got this stuff: M4A3 CCO + some mags AS50 + 6 Nato mags MP5 but no ammo G17 and some ammo Satchel Charge (idk) I am looking to get an M4A1 Holo or M16A2 M203 and one vehicle from the list, any one: GAZ UAZ Old Hatchback V3S Ural Hilux Commiebus (S1203) PBX Fishing Boat Bus (preferably not but as a last resort)I do not want Bicycle (too cheap, easy to break as well) helicopter (would be stolen before I even log off) Motorbikes of any sort (too small an inventory) Small Boat (too slow D: ) Tractor (Too hard to disguise) ATV (too small a tank, too easy to flip) Skoda (too slow offroad :l ) It would be fantastic if I could get a jerry can or two with that, but all I ask is that it is in working condition and you can drive it to me, some dude stole my UAZ. My preference would be: 1. PBX 2. Fishing Boat 3. V3S 4. Offroad pickup 5. Everything Else 6. no they arent hacked in, they are just very rare (I don't think you can even find them at general military, just barracks). BUT if you have an m16A2 M203 I would take that instead, I just wouldnt give as much in return

sure thing! were you looking for all of my NATO rounds? and will you be providing any ammo for the FAL? I will be glad to buy some for it if you have any, if not that is ok. so let me get this straight: NATO rounds of specified amount Satchel Charge for: FN FAL AN/PVS-4 plus possibly some ammo if I add more stuff. Is this correct? If so I would be glad to meet up on some server and make the trade.

Swordsworn, I want to ask. WHen you said FN FAL NV, do you mean FN FAL plus a pair of NVG's? or the AN/PVS-4 scope FN FAL? if it is the AN/PVS-4 I might just do it, cuz it is my favorite gun in the game :3. although that only gets you the AS50 and nato rounds, but not that and the satchel charge. AS50 is far better than the FN FAL.

I figured that the AN/PVS-4 is useless but it is still soooooo cool! my favorite gun in the game right there. If not I would probably go for a regular FN FAL plus NV Goggles at least, or maybe even a Bizon plus a crap ton of ammo. Or, even better, buy a bunch of Satchel charges and have a bombing run on Cherno :3

also, I still haven't even thought of spending a bit of that NATO ammo, too damn rare! Might trade some away for more M107 rounds instead, get more ammo that way but still carry both for emergencies.

sweet guys, thanks for all the help! I got a base set up with a bike and the tent pretty well hidden (so I hope) but I keep most of it with me at all times. I also found an MP5A5, not sure if it is really worth wasting the backpack space on. Gonna save it all in my tent and pull it all out to see if that dupe-server-reset thing still works, crossing my fingers!

So now that the new 1.7.3 rolled around, I was wondering. Doe that tent thingie still work, where you put the gear in the tent and save it, then pull the items out and have them in your inventory, then when the server restarts you have the items in both places (worked with vehicles too). does this still work, or is it finally patched? and what did the changelog mean by tents now add and remove from db? does this mean that dupe glitch is fixed? Thanks

So I have been pretty successful overall after not playing for so long. Found myself a bicycle and raided balota for some M4's, made my way to NW for my first bandit kill, stealing his M4A1 CCO SD in the process and grabbing an AKS-74 Kobra. Now that I have some pretty good gear, I am looking for a friend to play with! I have spare weaponry and I would be willing to go hunt bandits or find us a vehicle to ride around in. If I can join you and/or your group, PM me the time, place and server (I am in GMT -8, and I am available from 4-8 PM on most weeknights but not at all during the weekends). My brother does have a TS server we can use for larger groups, so yeah. Thanks!

Made my first bandit kill today! NW airfield, dewd stalking me up the tower of the fire station and as soon as he came up the first stairs, split him in half from balls to head with a clip of m4. Makes me happy cuz its the first confirmed kill (was with a few buddies sniping down an ammo-box hacker and I wasn't sure if it was my mp5 or my buddy's CZ 550 that got him), but the dead dude's friend got away with my bike that I stashed downstairs in the fire house D: but at least I got an upgrade from M4A1 CCO to SD version! Now I gotta learn to use my new CZ 550, if anyone could give a demonstration or something that would be epic. (P.S. Found my first M107 naturally! I was all like when I found it)
