Iv only ever heard one account on a totaly different game of someone being banned for it, and that was a ban by hand aka a mod which the guy then got unbanned, iv used sweetfx in almost everygame iv played Wow, Bf3, Bf4, Skyrim, and many more those are just examples

No server is hacker free, not even the paid ones, the best you can do is a find a serevr with very active admins and one with a custom anti cheat
