Well , the arma 2 game was originally based in Warfare, so lets put some of that awesome soldier AI too use! How about random military squads (Totally ai,and kill on sight) Roaming about the countryside , either in cars, or on foot. Would definetely spruce things up a bit, theyd have some good loot , ak's etc and maybe they have a car , patrolling about. OR theyre could be random military bases around the map , kinda like crash sites, these bases area fortified and guarded by AI , but inside there is weapons , rare loot, and maybe a vehicle. Would definetely add some variety instead of the usual , trek to barracks , get loot , kill. Instead it can be , wander about , bump into a large military installation, plan an attack with your friends , or group, die-or be rewarded.

From my angle: I left last night , stole one persons chopper, destroyed someone elses , then i come back the next day and im banned , the majority of people would of thought admin abuse. But thanks for unbanning me i may play later today

Would not reccomend this server too anyone , recently got banned by a butthurt admin who didnt like me stealing his chopper , then destroying his new attack chopper which he spent time repairing. Would reccomend looking for a server without childish admins , playing happily on Dayz Plus servers , would greatly reccomend.

They should make vehicles very common ( Realistic ) But make fuel very rare , that would balance things out.

Sniping someone from 1000 Metres may be slightly fun. But if we leveled the playing field , and had a Assault Rifle firefight from 200 Metres that surely would be more entertaining. Oh wait... The sniping D/C noobs would lose there advantage and thus suck. Forgot about that

Sniper rifles should be extremely rare , this is how to balance out the PVP side of it. Cause whenever i hear PVP in a dayz term , i think snipers, and its stupid that 90% of people who are up north have a m107 stashed away or equipped. Chernarus has more snipers than baghdad.

Same thing happend to me but after a game restart it was fine, are you sure the hot weather isnt affecting your pc negatively?

Well i thoroughly searched the forums , and couldnt find a single one of these posts. (Honest) And well , theyre really ruining the game , ive had several gaming sessions ruined by hackers , we managed to steal an offroad off a group of them near story, happy , we raced away into the sunset. Until a stealth helicopter followed us , we could only hear the rotors when it was directly above us :o , this is 2 people were talking about so it wasnt just me. So we decided to make our stand at the dam , and then all olf a sudden we get fired upon. And as we retreat we see a Chinook on the hill behind us :o no way it could of got there , anyway i just decided to cut my losses take all the stuff out of the truck ( while under fire) and ran into the woods down the hill and disconected. My friend killed 4 of them beforehand and they were equipped with scars and as50 heat scopes and all other un-attainable weapons. And after i returned to my pickup , the entire forest surrounding it and the pickup was blown to pieces :o. This is just one gaming session ruined by these people. (well not quite ruined it was quite funny considering the ammount of advantages they had over us and we killed 4 of them and managed to survive but thats not the point) And to make it worse the people with Esp hacks can see all cars on the map , and we cant even store them off map anymore so we cant get it out of there filthy paws :(. So , as said many many many many times by many people i honestly dont care about bear traps and underground fort noxes i just want these damn hackers to stop ruining a great game.

Well im not one for conspiracy theories buuuuuuuutttttttt....... Since the removal of the bandit skin. It seems that a fair few skins , if not all the skins in game ( from my knowledge may be wrong ). Require the PLC DLC. what does this mean? That every player in the game who doesnt own PLC ( Majority ) Characters look awful. I mean the standard arma 2 characters Chedaki , Napa fit this enviroment perfectly , they look good ( Balacalavas , sleeping bags on back , half masks). So why not use these guys :(? People are very vain creatures, and this extends into video games , take for example team fortress 2 , people adore there hats. And are even willing to pay £5-10 simply to look better , in a virtual video game. So i dont understand , maybe dayz is just a selling point to get people to buy PLC DLC. How many of you guys have bought PLC just to have ur player character skin look a lot better? I know its early days , but is this going to change? will all the new skins require PLC or DLC? Or will we have to buy them at a online store? Im by no means accusing of dayz being a cash cow :p.

Aaaaah okay silly me :p , but its a shame all the units are Low res : <. I dont have any money for the DLC and dont really want it anyway , the campaign is usually buggy and scripts dont work with arma 2 campaigns. Hope there are custom made skins :)
