    So, Host Altitude has provided me with the worst support I've ever received anywhere. My server went down and I waited two weeks to get it back up again..and now it's down again because I have to assume they deprovisioned it rather than just updated the RAM like I asked. Do not, I repeat, do not rent a dedicated box from Host Altitude. I don't know what the hell Jonathan is doing right now. He's on skype but is not responding to me. Horrible service.
