I think what you are asking is where is Combined Operations? That is the same as Arrowhead it is just both Arma II and Operation Arrowhead in one. I hope this is what you were asking..

Wow, so many vehicles and all friendly! What the hell do you guys do in there? Can't kill eachother and don't even have to work for a car..... sounds like a blast!

I would love to see something like this implemented, though I don't know if the mechanics would work, if so you should be able to use any strong material to restrain someone. I think these would actually be tools you would use in an Apocalyspe... say someone enters your camp and you don't want to kill them, but restrain and interrogate them, it would be very usefull. Would also make kidnapping a whole lot more fun. :D

@ Botsmen. Im surprised you could find your keyboard with your head so far up Rockets ass. Even people like yourself, and I for that matter, want the Devs to take as much time as they need to perfect the game and are happy to wait till end of 2013 if it means a great game, but the frustration and anger from the community is because there was not enough communication. We are the ones that love and support his mod, and we also have respect for how much work they need to do. BUT it does not excuse the lack of communication to the DayZ community. Its obvious it's not coming out this year, where is the harm in just saying that or saying, "I don't know, but as soon as I do, you will be the first to know". We were made to feel like our suggestions and feedback were so important, and really what mod can you play and be able to directly address the creator on the Forums. I felt that the community was important to them, but now I don't know...

And Rocket when your done turning off your phone, insert your disk into ocelot20's hard drive, as he so dearly craves, and if you have the spare time to read this, could you perhaps spare a moment to address the community that loves your mod so much, on the Official Forums? I suggest checking the patch that you are planning on installing and that your local servers are running and reading the patch notes, probably the best way. :)

It seems everyone is so against the idea of this but then why is there so many 24/7 daylight, 500+ vehicle severs with safe zones right now? Such a shame that people like this even play...

I never wanted to "amass" anything, never saw the point and I love the adrenalin rush of starting with nothing. I would love to have fun arguing or debating with you too, but I am finding it harder and harder to even understand your posts...

I love that too! I just don't like when the tools that are given to them are in excess or unnecessary, as the tools you are given will effect your gameplay.

This has in no way become personal and no-one is taking anything out on you. You gave your reasoning, I questioned it and showed flaws behind it and now you don't know where to go. I have fun in this game too, but it doesn't come from everything being handed to me on a silver platter.

I believe your point was that 'whats the point of building up my bases and gear just to have a hacker destroy it'. Thats what it looks like to me. Well on PH, especially Whitelisted ones there is a very minimal risk of a hacker entering and destroying everyones stuff, thats why whitelisting is so popular. So you have your WL safe server, that has active admins and then decide.... even though hacking is not such an issue.... to make 24/7 Daylight, 500+ vehicles, spawn in with weapons and NVGs. Was this to compensate for hacking or to pander to the pathetic players that only want to take the parts of this game that appeals to them and not the rest. Survival is not hording, its taking what the game gives you and making the best of it, not changing the essence of the game to make it easier for people to have a lil fun before the SA comes out. Shouldn't you be preparing and training your DayZ skills for the SA rather then letting it go to waste?

Perfect Example! When was DayZ about building up bases and collecting gear... its about surviving. Seems like you are playing GTA in a DayZ Server. If you are playing on a WL PH, why are you afraid of hackers? The SA was announced a while back now too... why not just stop playing then.

Thank you! This is a major frustration of mine and almost enough to make me not want to play at the moment, why do people play this game if they need someone to hold their hand, make the daylight never stop and spawn you in with NVGs? I think alot of people should re-evaluate why they play this game. Finally there is a fantastic, gritty, realistic survivial game and people won't play at night, or spawn in rainbow pony buses??? Is this a tactic to stop people from facing up to the elements of the game they aren't comfortable with, if so, maybe this is not the game for them. Making a game easier only makes me want to play less. I would rather be HACKED then spend my dayz sessions in 24/7 daylight, loot cycling, even though I dont need it, so I can go and fill up my 10 tents and 5 cars.

I heard an idea a while back about creating your own 'armour' by covering your clothes in heavy duty Duct Tape. Mainly using it to cover a loose fiiting, high necked shirt and covering any places on your pants that may indure more 'wear and tear'. Easy to find, apply and hard for anything to bite through, even if it only gets you through till you find better clothing.

Can I just ask, not wanting to be be rude, but what do your players do when they spawn in if they already have everything for survival... including NVGs? Doesn't handing out the hard to get items for free when they spawn in just make you unappreciative of what you have?

You can try and crawl your way back as much as you like. The fact is that you could have voiced all of this in the original forum thread or in TS (TS says lost connection when your net dies and user disconnect when you dont... what do you think yours said?) You also edited every post on the forums within two mintues of the supposed disconnect. The fact is that if you had remained calm and communicated with us like an adult, it would have been resolved at the time. It really does matter what excuses you try to dig up, you and your attitude are not welcome back. Move on and find another server, this horse corpse has been flogged enough. EDITED: To include the previous comment quote, as they get editted so frequently.

It would have been really great if you could have discussed this with us, instead of disconnecting when we enter your TS channel. We are always open to communication to resolve any issues that arise. We were just trying to make you aware of what kind of community we are trying to build here. We appreciate that you were trying to help Bambis, as we have a few survivors that do, we were just requesting that there not be ANOTHER medical/overwatch team in server. We are just trying to keep moderation and balance in the types of players we have in the community. In regards to you removing your trade requests, I never asked you to do that. Infact due to yours and others requests to trade, we were about to open a Trading Section in our forums. We are currently investigating any issues of hacking that may have occured, and we do apologise if that is true.Perhaps you are having a bad day, but we dont appreciate the attitude.

Anybody who is questioning myself or the server that I play on only has to visit ... and view the forums, we have nothing to hide and it is unfortunate that you left so abruptly when we were just discussing the rules and what we are trying to achieve in our server. Its obvious that you were not what we are looking for in our community and vice versa. I wish you the best of luck in the future and hope that find a server more suited to you. :)

If you would like to play on a server with mature, friendly and non-abusive admins, visit ... for WL Applications. We have a few players that have left BB in a huff and have been happily playing with their friends, on our server for a while. We also dont ban unless we have proof of hacking, all other issues are solved with communication and resolution. :) EDIT: Sorry no longer support server
