You could have super hardcore AI with aimbot and high hp that just instant kill you when you shoot.

Try drinking vitamins, fresh fruit and antibiotics, you should find them at your local hospital. -
It would end server looting yes, but what if your friends are on a different server? What if you need a blood bag and a medic clan can heal you as they have the same blood as you? oh wait you cant. There would be no point of a world wide hive, what happens if you cannot find the server or if its down? A better option would be that the person who 'Server hopped' shouldn't see loot in a 500 meter radius or a reasonable amount.

Everyone else has the bug, it occurs when the player dies and leaves the server and joins another server, the body is there if you stay on the 'you are dead' screen or when you hit 'respawn' instead of 'quit' server.

Try running only one monitor and see if that works. I've downloaded the latest drivers and it worked for me, have you got the shadowplay symbol on the top left screen?
