It may be that someone is constantly checking the map and deleting the map markers (thats if your on about map markers) If your on about setting your waypoint then try left shift and click on your destination, if that doesn't work the server that you are on hasn't got it enabled.

Have you downloaded the recent patches? You can check this by seeing if the install tab is yellow, if it is yellow you need to download the recent patches (next to refresh all servers)

Its a glitch, it happened to me when i found 2 dead bodys in elektro but heard no flies, although it works most of the time, try relogging or restarting your client.

I have to say, this server is pretty good, I've played it a lot but then stopped because no one hardly comes on and the anti-hax was terrible apparently i went to Elektro to Vybor in a second and got banned for it but then got unbanned, when there is 10+ there is A LOT of action. Pros - Smooth server - Daily restarts (every 6 hours) - SOME are friendly admins - Really love the community Cons - Feels like a bit like wastleland and tdm - Nothing else really... -

Why you need the Editor feature in the DayZ standalone Why YouTubers need it you say? well, if the editor feature was not included in ARMA 2 you wouldn't have Milliam Flygh and Karwin Leutscher's awesome cinematic videos, they wouldn't have existed well, they would have but as in the videos they make now. -

Hehe, its v while running, make sure to have your holding your primary, if you cant do that click on the default on your key bindings and then do it. -
Me and a group of people were testing out the new combat roll, ended up rolling over 3 people and a cow, ill put the video up later today. ;D

And others make interesting videos like chernojourno or whatever he is called (sorry!) and i make random videos people may like party in dayz, man's best friend and dayz meets hollywood, making cinematics is great and makes the viewers feel like as if they were watching a movie, it would be great to have the editor in the standalone but i could just carry on using arma 2 editor and wait for arma 3 to come out with the mod. -

A lot of people have made a Dayz series and funny comedy videos, and there was not a lot of these comedy sketches of dayz with editor or a storyline with the editor, I'm 15 and I don't need money I just do it because I like making videos, and love making people laugh. -

This is true, but the editor can be changed a lot, there could be a way to make the editor without using a script, or if rocket allows it, have a standalone free addon where you can use the editor and then server option would be not accessable unless you disable the addon. The editor could be included in the future after standalone is released. Also @#sleepy what do you mean by faking gameplay? People would know if its fake anyways as the tempreture, food and water icons won't be there and zombies don't act the same. (Can't quote as I'm using my phone) -

Not all the animations you can do, putting vehicles in, its a lot more easier, you also get really good noclip cinematic footage, some videos feels really good with the editor -

If you haven't already, try using dayz reddit page, you will notice that you will get a lot more submissions if you do.
