Update your patch, delete your whole DayZ file and install it again. It's probably an issue you're having with your patch.

You press 'G' and a your gear window should pop up, double-click on your backpack and all the items in it should appear on your item list. I'm not sure how to use a crowbar, but hit 'F' until it changes to crowbar, it takes your primary weapon slot.

Well, I've been roleplaying in my whole 'game-life', I enjoy roleplaying, I think it's really fun to kinda, imitate real-life and I think a roleplay server would fit perfectly on DayZ. Although, what is the difference? Well, those server should have specific rules, such as: no metagaming (but why?) because it ruins the whole concept of metagaming if you just take an idea of nowhere, base on whatever you know in-game and also, I've read the server rules, those servers would pretty much need exceptional rules for those who break the rules. And also, it would be way more enjoyable if everyone in the server actually roleplays, like: whenever you find a person, talk with him, get some information, perhaps team up with him, share items, ask how is where he came from, if there's a lot of zombies, etc.. I can note down a whole bunch of ideas, but for now I'll let it like this, well, what do you guys think about that? Is it a stupid idea, it would never work, it's pointless? Thanks in advance.

Well, I'm kinda new into this 'Let's play' thing and gameplay recordings, I'd like to find out: - What program should I use to record gameplays? (Currently using FRAPS) - How do I find out what resolution should I use, to fit the whole screen and uploading the video on Youtube? - What program should I use to edit the videos? - How do I make my videos look better when editing them? Anything else that you'd like to add, I'd be really appreciated if someone experienced could help me. Thanks in advance. :cool:

Well, I think everyone knows that you can actually mark stuff on the map by double-clicking on wherever you wanna mark and write whatever. I was thinking and.. what if it wasn't visible for every player on the server and in case you call someone and he has something marked on his map, once you take the map you'd be able to see all his marks, this way people could find out about locations, camps, etc.. Thoughts?

I'd rather not run people over aswell.

Well, post a picture of your 'garages' here, how many cars you have, what cars, etc.. Only if you want and.. a hint: don't say the server you play on. Currently I have no cars :-/ can't be arsed on looking for cars since they got re-set.

I agree with you, you have to eat/drink way too fast when your traveling, perhaps drinking is realistic since you're running and stuff, but eating - I don't think so..
