I simply could not remove a barbwire with my toolbox, I ran around the barbwire a few times and I didn't get the removal option.

Well, learn the controls of the game before playing, play some tutorials. That's gonna help. Just do whatever you saw on the videos, be sneaky, loot everything you can. That's about it I guess. Oh! I wouldn't trust anyone with a gun.
