Similar to temperature, hunger, and thirst, the player should be given a sexual anxiety meter. Basically, the longer you go without any sort of contact, the more anxiety that builds up, until the tension is too great and the player's performance is severely impaired. This could be relieved in many ways, and rocket is in a position to educate the masses about homosexuality and fight the rampant homophobia, especially that among the US players, taking the game from social experiment to social movement.

Rocket already said he is adding this so you bigots can go back to your bridges

Server is probably overloaded. I got back from vacation and have the same thing. Try tomorrow. -
As a crash specialist, I can confirm that many things would have been destroyed.

Anyone who has ever watch the TV show "Survivorman" would be familiar with his motto: "You sweat, you die." If I'm not mistaken, the reason for this is because heat can transfer a lot more quicker through a liquid than through air. The mod can implement "sweat levels" which would work in the following ways: -If you run for long periods of time, your sweat level builds up. This would counteract the ability of your character to run for miles on end, and could even make sprinting a more strategic resource where you would find yourself choosing to use it only when necessary. -Sweat levels would interact directly with body temperature levels. From my experience with the mod, temperature levels have been fairly insignificant. With an increase in sweat levels, your body temperature would drop much more quickly, and with that would come the ailments of a lower body temperature, similar to how rain acts on your character. -Another way that sweat levels would fluctuate would be due to game temperature itself. I'm not sure on how well it could be implemented, maybe some sort of generic temperature depending on time of day? Similar to how rain = drop in body temperature, night time would feel different from a clear, sunny day. -Survivorman fans would take note that Les will tell you strip your articles of clothing in order to prevent sweating. In order to simulate this, you could perhaps find different articles of clothing, each taking up a different layer, with players wearing the most layers during a cold, rainy night, and then slowly stripping down and placing into your backpack your outermost layers. New skins, while of course would add to the immersion, don't have to be totally necessary, with the equipped layers adding a protection from the elements as well as adding to sweat, as calculated by the game. tl;dr: sweating would make temperature more important, sprinting more calculated, and add new items, making looting even more fun

*are Blood is sort of a given, since you need some sort of health meter Temperature is currently insignificant Water and food add the survival element to the game, but after going through a couple towns I am well stocked and end up dying before I can even go through half the food and water I have. Sweat would add a variable that would require your attention throughout, most importantly during transitional periods of differing temperatures.

I think there should be a friendly zombie town, kind of like Jacobstown in Fallout: New Vegas. Here you can trade, rest, as well as recruit friendly zombies to your group (for a price). I think it is a great idea since the developer has the chance to show that despite our differences, we can be united and work together toward a greater goal.

Finding blood transfusions and having random people administer them is dangerous and ultra unrealistic. I propose that after an animal is hunted, you can hook yourself up to it through a tube and have their blood flow into your blood, except pork since it is against Islam and that would be racist.

Hey OP, delete the DayZ folder you have and use this: http://worrom.com/ Also if you have it on steam, go to your library, right click on the game, click properties . launch options, and put "-mod=@dayz" sans quotations

Not realistic since people from Chernarus are illiterate, thus have never owned journals nor would they be able to read/write in one. Just kidding, this is a pretty good idea. However, standing over a corpse for an extended period of time while reading it would make you pretty vulnerable. Perhaps being able to save someone's journal entries into your own, and then later on you can view them in a safer location.
