My Experience So Far on "Hardcore" Servers

Bout as hardcore as a floppy penis. I think all these noobs talking about 1st person have never played a good online FPS before lol It takes hours to get into a good PVP battle after looting. So having a tiny % of PVP in 1st person mode after looting for hours...don't make sense. You guys talk like its the only way to go...when I say PVP is a tiny % of DayZ. Looting, talking, messing about or helping players is more enjoyable on 3rd because this isn't a rear PVP game. -
No they have to be looking at you first if that was to happen. Plus don't be camping in a shit spot if that thing is happening too you. You sound like you camp in 1st person servers if your gonna talk like this.

We need cars to fix it!! That was a massive part of the original DayZ mod back in the day. Having a fixed up car was very rare back then.

I look 4ward to having 2 characters though. Look 4ward going into a 1st person server and playing it like any other FPS game...won't be hardcore or difficult at all. DayZ players don't play much FPS by the sounds of it..

3rd person is for people who enjoy playing a GAME. 1st person for DayZ is for PVP hungry, get bored if there's no one to shoot players. It's a fucking game not a job, so get over it and moan about something that has meaning.

If your not a DayZ fan don't buy the alpha. If you wanna help and be part of the process in making DayZ then buy it. It's 10 times better then arma3 and 2.

The game is so different to the mod it's crazy! Guy in the video only made this because he can't get any good footage and don't understand wtf Rocket had done. Amazing alpha and stop moaning.

Wrong. The defending player can do the same thing as the attacker in 3rd person. In 1st person the defender would have to show himself too see or look and if the attacker is smart he would wait for that in 1st person. You see depends on the player so you answer means nothing. Plus someone in 1st person mode can camp a roof top, if u wanna be a noob then go do that. Not hard to peak on a roof top in 1st person. With the small area of view in 1st person he would be unlucky to be seen if no one knows he's there. Again it's up to the player in both views on there course of action.
