At what point will you be working on fixing zombies? They seem to have gotten worse. Hitting from outside buildings and 10ft away..

You have a point also. Anyways cannot have pve servers till the private hives/servers are made. Or you could just run around on a pve server gearing up and ghosting into a pvp server killing people and going back to the pve server if you are outmatched. Or using it to get a better position on the people you are fighting on the pvp server.

The way people talk to each other on forums nowadays no wonder we have so much KOS ingame...

Yeah like the others have said you can do it. You will drop the one in your hands if switch to using anything else. Have a mosin on my back m4 in my hands 357 in the chest holster and pistol in my backpack.

Miss the tents and cooking. I kinda like that loot does not respawn think it makes it more of a challenge. Being able to loot farm from the mod made it rather easy. Do not miss the zig zag zombies, the new ones are a small improvement but still need work.

Part of this is already ingame. Friends tab at the top will show what server your steam friends are on.

Before you connect to the server, bottom right of the screen says add to favorites. Not sure if it is working though.

The reason why i played on servers with 3rd person on in the mod was because of vehicles. Way to many small things that if you did drive threw just right would take a tire. Or if you hit one of the Kamikaze bunnies your vehicle would blow.

A guy was trying to cuff me and he made the mistake of doing it in front of me, so i force feed him tuncture. Should carry rotten food and keep it on your hot bar, can force feed multiple things by the time they get you cuffed. Atleast till you have a weapon to defend yourself. Or you could just listen to people. Running away or just logging out forces true bandits to just shoot people and take what they can get.

Spawning on the East Coast specially if it is Ber i will take that. Better then spawning in the wilderness that you cannot escape or spawning as a bird. Has no one played the Vanilla DayzMod? Running all over the map was an everyday thing. Now we have a lot more options to find gear. Google Dayz Map.

I have no gear atm decided to drink everything i could in dayz to see what would happen. Did not end well for me, but it was a fun ride.

I do not think KOS is the issue. I think the problem is that people think being a bandit means you shoot everything you see. To me being a bandit means i go with my group of other bandits and if we see people that have some gear we secure and rob them. If they comply we take what we want and send them on their way. If they do not comply then we kill them. It is up to the people playing to decide how they want to play it though. The game gives you Free Will.

To me KOS and being a bandit are two different things.

Love how this thread is about weapons but none really says anything about this being an alpha. Now lets mention Fix Zombies and see what happens.

Omg Omg this is an Alpha.... They said it so many times more zombies are coming... Seriously is this response we get for everything on these forums? We know it is an alpha we know more zombies are coming! That is not the issue, more zombies mean nothing when they are not a threat! They were not a threat in the mod just some annoying glitched out feature of the game you could easily avoid or trick into getting stuck out of the way. It is the same thing with the zombies we have in the standalone so far they do not pose a threat when you can easily avoid, kill, or get stuck because they just a glitched out feature. Like the OP said zombies should be feared. Also they should work. Like others say on the forums Dayz is hardcore if you do not like go play cod!

Why do people think this many people would survive a zombie apocalypse, most people would die of starvation in a fast food drive thru lane waiting for service.

I believe it is in your my documents/dayz folder. Anyways if you edit the config file you should be able to find the resolution settings and fix it. At work atm so i cannot find the files on my pc to explain what i am talking about better.
