You spawn in at 30% Water and 30% foodAfter walking around for awhile you get your first "im thirsty message" at 20-25%. Same with hunger. When you drink something, and says "my thirst is quenched" it has ONLY hit that 30% level again. And will son say you are thirsty. You have to drink A LOT to get it up to 100%, same with food. Then you wont see those messages for like over an hour, Go to a well or a pond and drink a lot.

There will be cars, and they will be harder to build. Why do you think you find screwdrivers, wrenches, and tools everywhere ;D

Dean (Rocket) is currently fixing the combat logging protection. There is supposed to be one, but its not working.

Quit bitching. This is ALPHA. It's not that hard to be good at the game. Loot spawns arent even correct right now, and neither are zombie spawns. You know why? Cause its ALPHA. GET OVER IT.

There is supposed to be 3,000+ zombies on map in the final game. It's turned down right now so the servers dont explode while they are stress testing it during alpha.

Instead of this, Like someone else said. Steam has out of game trading cards that would be cool.

You make food sound OP. That's kinda sad.

Starting with an item of food and something to drink doesn't make it any easier. You can die just as fast if you don't play your cards right. So relax. Adding indicators would be more like real life, because in real life you can indicate your hunger level, thirst, and blood. instead of just seeing some vague text There is no DayZ Standalone suggestions sub-forum. Only DayZ Mod. And instead of spamming it with separate ones, it will be easier to organize in one big list everyone can see

That's because the DayZ SA wasnt out. I wasnt going to help out on a mod that wasnt going to mean anything once this game came out. And now that is, here i am. And no, if they were posting bugs, they would do that in the correct sub-forum. Not in general discussion. For someone who is "in the community" this is probably way over your head..

For almost a year we have been awaiting for the release of DayZ Standalone. Watching streams, Youtube videos, making fan art, and so on. For months we have been complaining about it not releasing, and how its taking "forever". And now it has arrived. Dean has put a lot of effort making this game what it is. And right now, a lot of this forum is complaining about all the problems, and how things aren't working, or about the loot spawn rate and when it spawns. HERE, LET ME JUST POST THE STEAM INFO: WARNING: THIS GAME IS EARLY ACCESS ALPHA. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO ACTIVELY SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF THE GAME AND ARE PREPARED TO HANDLE WITH SERIOUS ISSUES AND POSSIBLE INTERRUPTIONS OF GAME FUNCTIONING. Did nobody read this? Stop criticizing and labeling the game. I honestly like the low spawn rate of stuff, you have to scavenge more. And when you find shit, you are more satisfied. This is NO MOD. This is the real zombie survival game it was meant to be, Im sure everyone is sorry for the people who cant camp up in buildings with guns now, so sorry for the people who cant just get the best of everything from the start. This wasn't supposed to be an easy game, It's god damn survival. So either quit bitching and play the game, Or get the hell off and go play something else. Main Problems WILL be fixed. Just. Wait.
