I canceled my subscription because I like pay the it as its due. How in the hell do i make a payment?

My server is littered with AS50's and it makes every firefight just a joke. Is their a way I can just remove it or stop it from spawning through the database?

Yes I can easily do that, but its just a matter of time before every squad in my server gets multiple as50s again. I want it to stop spawning.

Im assuming its not player related, restarted my server and it let me join back after continuously getting this error. Possibly a bug in the latest dayz.

Well this really sucks, switched my DC server to Dallas, Dallas servers went down. Picked up a Utah server, 250 ping. Cant switch back to Washington because now their all sold out. Nice!

Edit: server is up and working. Although every player that joins gets kicked by battle eye: client not responding within a few minutes of playtime.

Very very happy with the server so far. I was very surprised to see my server running the latest arma version when I got home, that is something I am not used too lol. Keep up the good work man, your doing great.

Bought a Dallas,TX private server earlier this morning. Setup was indeed INSTANT. Cpanel looks great so far, will comment when I actually get to play later when I am out of work.

My ticket has been open for 48 hours and not a single helpful response to help me get vehicles spawning on my server. You reply saying what server? Then I wait another 24 hours and still no response. This is so fucking ridiculous. The sad part is that you guys keep accepting more payments, fix my vehicles or your going to gave to refund me. I was going to stick and out and hope you guys would straighten shit out. 4 days for updates, ffs the latest arma patch should be available on our panels already,THIS IS WHAT WE PAY YOU FOR. You either have no clue what your doing or your short staffed and selfish so you can pocket more money.

Any idea when more servers will be available looking to get one asap.

Can we get an ETA on when the vehicles will be fixed, this is really really annoying.

Is there a way for me to manually install this update on my server? Im tired of playing on my server with just my buddys.

If I disable battleeye on my server I can play fine, the issue is directly related to battleye. What I have tried. Reinstalling battleye, by right clicking OA in steam. Verified the integrity of Arma 2 and OA. Replaced .dll files with most up to date from battle eye website. Ran the .exe in the beSetup folder and replaced that file as well. Really, there is nothing more for me to do. Will re installing the Arma do any good, I just didn't want to take that step because it will take almost 18 hours for it to download. I played perfectly fine the night before, I am not sure how this could happen from me doing nothing.

Same here, I played since almost the release of this game and can only count on my fingers the small amount of times I have been kicked due to client not responding. Now just from simply logging out of the game I cant even play it. I just did a complete reformat of my OS. Re installed everything fresh, reset my my modem, changed my IP, and used my other router. Still no good.

Sometimes it lets me log in other times it wont because it says wrong password. Can log in some days other times I just get flooded with wrong password.

You no longer have to, I think I fixed it. I do realize it has been my fault my server has been screwed, the servers are great the support not so much like it used to be when you guys first started selling. My server was up in less than 30 minutes and you responded to my ticket in less than 1 hour. More customers = more tickets = longer wait times for tickets to be answered. Server is fine for now, sorry for wasting your time.

What in the world is wrong with you guys? You cant even handle keeping up with support for the customers you currently have, yet you keep having stupid promotions and overselling. Do you not see how pissed off most of your customers are at this point. Hell, you should be giving all the current customers 15$ off for life because of all the bullshit we had to put up with. I submitted a ticket, didn't receive a reply till almost 37 hours after. What I asked was not even given to me and now I have to wait another 40 hours and hopefully it might get done. Let me add that DayZ Tools is horribly bugged. Half the features do not even work, it should be a free tool until you manage to work this out. Upon removing all vehicles from the tools only 10-20 will actually spawn in per run, which means I have to keep running the tool multiple times until they are all spawned in. Changing the amount of damage/fuel the vehicles spawn in with will not actually do anything, tested this multiple times. Put everything for max damage and no fuel, and what do you know? We had hueys spawning in fully repaired. Maybe its just me that cant seem to do anything right, which is possible. No hard feelings and I will continue to stay with you guys, but seeing how your offering promotions when you cant even handle the customers you have just pissed me off. 35+ hours for a ticket to be answered is completely ridiculous.

I was trying to wipe my players survivor/profile tables and I get this error for three of the survivor tables. #1451 - Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`dayz2`.`instance_deployable`, CONSTRAINT `instance_deployable_ibfk_2` FOREIGN KEY (`owner_id`) REFERENCES `survivor` (`id`)) Anyone have any advice for me?

You need to have full database access. Go into the database and dump to profile/survivor tables.
